Hi! I'm using the shopify connector to sync template items from Acumatica to Shopify. I know I can sync the template item and matrix item at once by just syncing the template item but I added an image URL on the matrix item under Media URLs but it's not syncing the image when I sync the template.

We are not able to export image URL’s added to matrix items (in the Ecommerce tab of the Stock Items , Non-Stock Items screen) of a template item in ERP. Please see documentation: https://help.acumatica.com/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=396328f2-6153-4384-bdf9-a096511ee1e0
The image URL export is only supported for regular Stock and Non-Stock items using the Stock Item and Non-Stock Item entities.
For matrix items, we can export images that are added to the Image section of the Attributes tab for the particular matrix item.
You can add the images to the Attributes tab of the matrix items and export it to Shopify using the Product Image entity.
