I am trying to prepare “Stock Item” for Big commerce and my ERP IDs are encoded.
Why and how do I fix them?

This is resolved in 24R108 to not happen again but required a direct data update by our VAR to fix the existing UUIDs.
Usually, when the stock items are not found in the database or the instance, the ERP ID will be displayed in an encoded format. This encoding typically indicates that the item is either not available or hasn't been properly synced with the system.

I know they have not been synced as I have only begun prepare process. I need to have them prepared without this encoding and with proper name so that I can sync.
