Track number of phone calls

We are looking for a way to track how many phone calls our customer service team receives each day. We aren’t necessarily always looking to track the details of the phone call or who the phone call came from, but just how many phone calls received during the day.

Right now our company is using a google sheet and phone operators are keeping track via sticky notes on their desk.

Have you entered the phone call data into Acumatica?

  • If you have already entered the phone call data into Acumatica, you can create a Generic Inquiry or use Report Designer to count the number of calls per day, week, or month.

  • If you haven’t entered the phone call data into Acumatica yet, try creating a Task named "Track number of phone calls", then log each call under ACTIVITIES > Create Phone Call within that Task.
