Hello.

Has anyone every considered the need to show what has changed on a PO when it is sent for approval via workflow so that the approver can see what the change is (i.e. when an order is changed, whether it is a $1 or $100,000 change)

Interested to hear if anyone has built a customisation for this

Hi @deam535,

Acumatica is not the best at keeping this in an easy-to-read form. You could track certain fields, especially if it is a cost field, via the Audit logs, then custom report out those Audit logs.

It does always have the last modified date/time and who modified the document. What I would recommend is to include the Last Modified Date and Last Modified By fields onto your Approval notification. That way if the Approver needs the information, they could know right away who to ask about it.
