I have a prospect that is looking to scan checks via OCR and what’s to have them applied to the AR Invoice.  They would like to do this in a batch mode.  Looking to see if there is a solution out there 

We made a shipment to a customer and they did not receive all of the parts that we confirmed and invoiced. We are filing a claim with the freight carrier for the items that are missing but we need to create a new shipping document for the parts and serial numbers that the customer actually received and track the parts and serial numbers that are essentially lost. I know we need to create an R order type but not sure whether we should use the RM or RR order type.Conceptually we need a return for the parts that are lost that translates to a credit memo linked to the original invoice with the lost serial numbers and item quantity on the return shipment. Then have the RM workflow create an issue for the replacement parts that will create a new shipment and invoice when the replacement parts are shipped.I hope this makes sense...any ideas will be appreciated. 

We have a couple of line items in the Bank Reconciliation that need to be removed. These were items that came over from a previous ERP system. We created them by doing a GL entry that just hit cash on the debit and credit side. Can we do that again to remove them? They have realized now, a few months down the line from migration, that these items were outstanding in error so we would like to remove them from the bank rec but leave the GL as is. 

Hi,I was able to create one widget and one hyperlink to a financial report in the Dashboard. However, is it possible to create one widget with multiple hyperlinks to different financial reports? I did not see where this could be done.Thanks,@FrancesPantelidakis24    

Good dayI intend to create a new company in another tenant based on data from another (that is the customer, vendors, cash accounts, chart of accounts, calendars and all other master files and set ups are the same. The only difference will be the base currency.Can I backup the snapshot in the new tenant and change the base currency in the new company as I do not have any transactions, I will then transact from a specific date (new financial year). Is it possible? 

Is there a simplier way to backfill box 7 on existing AP bills once a vendor becomes 1099-eligible?  AP Bills that were created before vendor became 1099-eligible shows blank, while the AP bills created after vendor became 1099-eligible shows box 7. Currently i have to open every bill and add box 7 manually, which is a huge waste of time.

Has there been any update that will let us print the 1096 form in Acumatica? This form is used in conjunctions with Form 1099 filed with the IRS. The only topic I can find was from 2 years ago, but the links for help lead to a topic that is unrelated.

Good day,I thought I set up the VAT for vendors correctly.  On entering a bill, the VAT tax is not calculating.  I checked the Vendor, TAX ID, Tax Zone; all seems correct.  These are AP bills with no inventory just entering in the bill amount.  I can’t even add the tax zone on the bill manually,Any suggestions on additional troubleshooting.Thank you  

Has anyone done an integration with Bill.com or checkissuing.com?Issue: We have several customers that issue a large number of AP check each month through Bill.com. This results in a lot of manual entry, labor printing, stuffing and mailing checks.  The customer is open to moving to other solutions or continuing with Bill.com along with an integration that allows the AP bills to be input once and the bill and remittance recorded in Acumatica.https://www.checkissuing.com/https://www.bill.com/ 

Our customer would like to keep track of their Vendor Prepayments that are outstanding.  They make the prepayments using the Purchases screen.  When the payment is made it doesnt track to the Purchase Order any more.  Their vendors require prepayments for almost every Purchase Order so doing it by vendor will not work.  Has anyone had to do this?

Hello Everyone, Totally noob to the fixed asset module in Acumatica...ok, here it goes...trying to upload the list of FA in our LIVE environment so doing some testing...and I can not seem to put in the correct accum depr amount for a fixed asset...am I missing a step of do i need to know some basic accounting stuff?E.g. FA item#1 cost 1M and I want to put in that the accum depr amount is 100K so far...how do I do that? Thanks! Kind regards,mrivera67

Client needs to know the font used in Report Designer (AP Check),  I know you can use the drop-down to select a new font, but how do you know what was used in the first place?

Looking for a vendor that provides a check stock that matches the Acumatica default so we don’t have to configure the check form. Any suggestions?

Hello Everyone,As standard of Acumatica, when we click the create prepayment on the purchase order screen. It navigates you to bills and adjusment screen and upon releasing of bills and adjustment with prepayment type. it can’t produced a journal entry and then upon posting of checks and payment it gives you an entry ofDr. Advances   Cr. Cash in Bank.but my clients requirements is to have an entry upon posting of bills and adjustment with prepayment type like.Dr. Advances  Cr. Accounts Payable Is it possible to set up? or any recommendation or work around?Thank you.

Since the change to the new style approval maps has anyone been successful in implementing the Parent Work Group link from the company tree to have subsequent approvals in a multi step approval move up the company treePreviously I could assign the workgroup in this manner similar to what is done on the rules section  when Employee from Document is selected. However, it does not allow me to place the equation for Parent Workgroup in the workgroup field and has no setting for OwnerID of the ParentWG((Approval.ApprovedByID.WorkgroupID.ParentWGID))  is an option but ((Approval.ApprovedByID.WorkgroupID.ParentWGID.OwnerID)) is not and seems to fail to populate the Employee field.Likewise copying this to the workgroup field throws an error that OwnerId can’t be empty and populating both OwnerID and the Workgroup with an equation results in the Workgroup being deleted upon save.

@Naveen, colleagues,what is the best way of setting up a Project with recurring billing to generate Invoices every second week/bi-weekly? We’ve added the Projects Module recently; before the addition, the bi-weekly billing was achieved by setting up a schedule for AR Invoices.We bill clients in accordance with contracts every second week. The amounts are fixed and change only once a year. From time to time, we also re-bill Customers for some supplies. Now we need to get it automated with the Projects Module.

Hello,We are attempting to use the “Print Invoice and Memos” screen to send out a large number of invoices at the end of the month. We have the customer classes set up in the AR preferences to send the invoices to specific contacts (Screenshot below). when we processed the invoice through the “print invoice and memos” Screen, it was only sent to the primary contact. Hi,  I have a prepayment applied to a check and a partial bill that I need to void.  The prepayment doesn’t allow me to reverse the application and is requiring me to reverse it on the check level. However I can’t reverse the check application either since I don’t have what to apply it to.   

We seem to be having an issue with our reports changing balances for previous periods.  Our Aged Period Sensitive report under Receivables is no longer tying out to our Trial Balance Summary report.  This issue seems to go back to February 2022, and each month from February to November no longer agrees. The issue seems to be invoices that were credited in subsequent months.  For example, the February Summary Trial Balance report shows a balance for the AR Trade (account# 11000) of $3,852,680.46.  The Aged Period Sensitive Report under Receivables shows a balance of $3,805,177.77 for a difference of $47,502.69.  This variance is due to AR invoice #38530 now not being picked up on the Aged Period Sensitive report when you run it for February 2022. This invoice was credited in May 2022. Not sure why the Aged Period Balance is dropping invoice #38530 when run for February. At the end of each month we tie out our Trial Balance with our subsidiary ledgers to make sure they a
