In scenario where Vendor requires prepayment in full amount of PO, the associated Prepayment Request functionality does not populate terms nor calculate the Cash Discounts. If terms are 1/10/30 the system only calculates and processes cash discounts when processing an Actual Bill. In case where prepayment % is less than 100% it takes the Full Cash Discount on Final Payment when Bill is entered. Entering the Bill in advance and paying the Bill less cash discount to solve the transaction issue does not resolve the Accounting for what is really a prepayment transaction. Any ideas on how to process a prepayment less a cash discount at the time of prepayment?

Hi, Do we have a standard or customized report do generate from Acumatica, where we can see the breakdown of the Cost of Goods sold (COGS)? This report needs to have the direct costs (PO cost) and the indirect costs (Freight, Customer duty, SST, Demurrage, etc) separately?Example :  Or else, is there a way to record the indirect costs (From landed costs) to a separate GL account without including it in the Inventory account? Thanks in advance 

Hi all, I wanted to create an Automation Schedule to release specific types of invoices. I would schedule it to the next minute when I test. I kept conditions simple as it is my initial test. I created a bunch of invoices with varying dollar amounts.This condition successfully released invoices with $0. However, after I deleted the “amount” condition trying to release the rest of the invoices, it would not release the rest of the invoices. Additionally, it shows “0 times executed” and shows no history when I click “view history,”

Hi, I’ve had a request to expand our purchase order unit cost from 3 to 5 decimal places… is this possible? The only place I see for precision is in Currencies.  My concern is that even if I could expand from 3 to 5, all our other costs are 3 decimal places, would this cause an issue?  

Does Acumatica support using a manual card reader through Authorize.net or is using a third party app like Repay or EBizCharge required?

I am getting the below error when trying to post an AP invoice. This is not a new item or new purchase type. It has been done numerous times in the past so not sure what is causing the issue now and how to fix. I am not seeing anything on the Posting class that looks “off”. Any thoughts on how to fix?   

Client created and posted a bank reconciliation for 01-31-2023.They then voided that bank reconciliation and now want to re-do it.But the attempt errors out with a message that the Reconciliation Date must be greater than the previously released Reconciliation.  I don’t know how to go about re-creating the 01/31/2023 reconciliation unless anyone on this board has a suggestion for me.   

Is there a way to manually close/complete a purchase order without having to enter a AP Bill?

How would I set up ½ May 1st and ½ June 1st terms? Regardless of when invoice date is, I want terms to be those two months always.

I have customers wanting their Statements to show payments in that month, not just open items. Have any of you had this & if so what solutions have you found.They just really want a detailed statement, and I don’t see that it’s possible so far. Thanks

May I ask how can we close AP transactions where in:The Company is issuing check payable to cash (through checks and payments module) to employee in order to buy goods/services After the employee’s purchase, he will liquidate the cash with the corresponding receipts, sometimes there is an excess amount or short amount. AP transaction should be recorded under the actual vendor where purchase was made,(not under the employee).How can we properly record and close these kinds of transactions.Thank you in advance!

Hi all, I am trying to make a GI to show the top 100 customers by sales numbers. I think the easiest way to do this is to modify the Sales Profitability Analysis Detailed report to make it summarized.For example, I would like to add all of the line items for the same customers together to get a net sale number for the customer, and only show each customer once. How would I go about doing this? Thanks all for the help!

I am new to this financial report designer.  We are still setting up the system. I can’t figure out why my report results show only zeroes, when I try to input a formula into a column set to show me each line item’s % of total income.  In the Row Set (below) row 0102 is my total Project Income.  I want to show Gross Margin as a % of income.  Eventually, I want to show each income line as a % of total income and each cogs line as a % of total COGS.I am not sure if I have the row sets set up properly, but I do have a base row code which is total income.So, I’m trying to use the “value” field in the column set to divide the row by the base row, but I keep getting an error.What is the correct formula for the value field?  Is something else setup incorrectly in either set to make this work?COLUMN SET

We have “restriction groups by branch” in place.  We have the “access role” configured on our branches.  And yet, all our users can see projects for all branches.  This is not the case in other modules.  I see another similar post here, and it doesn’t look like it was resolved there either.  Is this a known bug?  Acumatica 2021 R2Build 21.215.0016

Hello,The AP Aging report has only 3 period buckets.(AP631000)  These are given values in AP preferences.I want to modify the report to print more period columns.As I look at the report in Report Designer, I see the values reference fields I cannot find in the tables.  These appear to be variables, but I cannot find them.Is it possible to modify the AP aging to report a couple more columns for additional periods?Can anyone explain what this value is referring to?Thanks! 

After the upgrade to 2022R2, we started having an issue with quick checks for one particular branch, the error appears when users save the checks.Based on the error message, it looks like the issue is related to the Approval Map. Double checked the map, no visible issues with it. Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you! 

Where is the outstanding checks report? I can’t find in Acumatica. 

I need assistance determining how to automate the process of taking a completed (i.e. shipped and invoiced) sales order that imports in from a 3rd party application to a sales invoice. Inventory is not being tracked and under Sales Order PreferencesHowever, the sales invoices are not posting on the shipment date, but the date the order is being processed in Acumatica. I want to use the Quick Process function but was told by the consultants that this feature cannot be used if the sales invoice needs to be posted on the shipment date. How do I automate this with the release date the shipment date? 

The customer of our client pay bulk amount for multiple invoices. The customer also include list of invoices (in excel) that are paid and how much of each invoice paid. Some are overpaid, some match, some are underpaid. The client needs to be able to apply the overpayment to an invoice so that they can track which invoice that has been paid more than it should be. Is there a way to do that without creating one payment application per invoice?
