how to break this issue?

Hello, 

Are you trying to Extend a Vendor to a Customer, when a Customer of the same number already exists?

In this case you may add the new customer manually. Or you may renumber the existing duplicate customer and then try to extend again.

If I guessed incorrectly what you are trying to do, can you please add more details to your post, including steps leading up to the error. Thank you.

Seems to be the customer class is different in Business account and customer?

The error will popup when you changing the customer class or vendor class to existing record.

When i manually create customer,its show this exception,i didn’t use extend to customer, this is own action method.
