How do I edit budget GL accounts once budget has been released?

Budgets can be revised by entering new figures over the top of existing figures, or by importing new figures over the top of existing figures, then releasing again.
If you need to preserve/keep the original figures and enter a revised budget separately: create a new budget ledger, attach it to your company/branch, and enter the revised budget to the new ledger.
