Hi Team,

 

Is there a way to approve a particular documents in acumatica using email without navigating the approvals screen in acumatica ?

Hello,

Acumatica has Notifications to remind users when they have items waiting for approval. The user cannot reply to the notification email and have the items be approved by email reply, with standard features.

Users  can use Acumatica mobile app to approve documents.

Did you notice this similar post where the Poster customized email to include approve and reject buttons?

Hi @Laura02 

Could please let me know that whether the approver can directly open the relevant document by using “view document” option when email is receiving as reminders for approvals.

I tried to open it, but there is an error as follows:
