When is Finance, under Budgets I am trying to set up drivers. I could not find any help/utilization documents on how the drivers work and how they can be set up.
Can anyone point me towards any information on how to use drivers?

I am suspecting that this screen has been customized. I never saw this Drivers option. If there is a feature I am not aware of, let me know where I can activate it.

I've spent some time looking into it and reached the same conclusion — it's most likely a custom solution.
If that's indeed a custom solution, I'd suggest reaching out to the vendor who provided it for those details.
