Hello Team, We are trying to link a credit card to an employee, but we are getting an error on this page : Banking > BankFeeds (CorporateCCS) So we clicked on “Assign Delegates”, but now getting this error Things we have doneAdded the user to the credit card : Banking > Corporate Cards Added Delegates for the user Made sure that there is a linked user account to the employee Does anyone know what is causing this error? Email Template for AR Invoices

I’m trying to add the primary contact’s name to my email notifications when emailing AR Invoices, e.g. Dear John Smith.But when I try to add a data field, I only get the Primary Contact ID number, e.g. Dear 6689In an earlier version I was able to use the “Attention” field, but now that field is greyed out in the Billing section. I have to manually override the settings and add the contact. Is there a way to add the greeting without having to override all my contacts? It’s too easy to overlook that tab. Thanks

AP Debit Adjustment Form

Hello,I am wanting to create a pdf form for AP Debit Adjustments. The business case is that when we have a Credit memo request from our Vendors, rather than waiting for the Vendor to create a Credit Memo on their end and send to us, I would like the ability to generate the a Debit Adjustment and print to PDF so I can send to the Vendor to initiate the request. I am told I have to create a form from scratch for this as out of the box there is not form for Debit Adjustments. How would I go about doing this and are there any best practices to help expedite the creating of this, ie copy AP Remit form etc… Thank you

P&L - Actual vs Budget - need to eliminate % calculation in column set

We would like to see Gross Profit percentages (COGS/Revenue) for the three divisions of our company. I have been able to set this up in the row set, but in our period and YTD variance columns I do not want see the percentages. Is this possible? I am fairly new to configuring reports so I apologize if this is a simple answer!

Adding Authorize.Net existing Customer Profile ID to Acumatica

Is it possible to pull existing customer profile IDs from Authorize.net into Acumatica? We have a large database of customer information already held on Authorize.net that we'd like to import into Acumatica, and we'd like to retain their existing profile IDs for continuity. Has anyone else done this before, and if so, what steps did you take to ensure a smooth transition?

Differing Doc Date vs. Posting Period

I am posting this to see if there is any consensus about how other companies are handling the following circumstance. Welcoming all ideas. We frequently see a situation where AP invoices flow into a company with dates from the prior period after the prior period was closed.Example: November Closed: Vendor’s bill arrives by mail on 12/03 with an invoice date of 11/29.I believe there are two options here: Date the invoice differently (like 12/03 (representing the time it was received) and post it into the 12-2023 period. This will keep your GL account and your Aged Period Sensitive Report in balance. Date the invoice with 11/29 and change the posting period to the OPEN 12-2023 period. I believe this will automatically create a difference between your Aged Period Sensitive Report and your GL balance in November. Making it impossible to balance AP vs. the GL at EOM.Many companies have a policy of entering the A/P Bills only using the date on Vendor Invoice. This makes Option 1 impos

Combining Vendor Payments

I pay vendors by Job, I go to ‘Prepare Payments’, select the job and pay vendors from there, then I ‘Process’ once to compile them in the ‘Process Payments/Print Cheques screen. So I do this for multiple jobs. I do this so I only have to print cheques once, instead of going to the printer 5+ times. But what this causes is, if I pay the same vendor in multiple jobs, it puts those cheques separately and does not combine them. So if I Pay that vendor over 2+ jobs, that vendor gets 2+ cheques. Is there a way to combine those into one cheque from that screen, or is there another way I can achieve the same outcome but where the cheques are combined?

Where is the AR line TaxAmt be kept in DB/DAC?

Hello, I am writing a report to customers and would like to show the AR line amt and line taxamt.however, The ARTran.TaxAmt is empty, and also the ARTax.TaxAmt is empty. We do have TaxAmt on TaxTran, but is is not single line, it is the whole AR document. Can somebody tell me where I can get the line TaxAmt directly? Or I have to calculate it by myself?

Bill selection in a vendor payment

Hi:There was a focus group on selecting/checking off bills in a vendor payment. The check off proposed feature was very interesting. However I could not find that feature in 2019R2 and 2020R1. Was that ever implemented? This was documented in the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z6yTlgJ8dmsThe same feature was discussed for AR. Cash discount on partial payment

Hi,Scenario - Customer invoice amount is 580 and prepayment is 530 need to allocate cash discount of 30 (Cash discount Balance 35) and keep the balance payable as 20. System gives error “Cash discount can be applied only on final payment.”I have tested the same scenario in testing environment, and it allows to process the transaction.can anyone help to correct this error. Runtime on Reports too long or do not run at all

We are having problem with reports not loading. The spinning wheel just spins. If the report finally pops up it take over 3 minutes. Most of the time the report never loads. This issue is effecting financial statements and generating AR invoices. My IT department has restarted the server and that does not help. We can run Acumatica directly from the server and the reports work just fine, it appear to be only effecting the workstations. We have reached out to our Acumatica partner as well. If anyone has ran into this and can point us in the right direct, it would be greatly appreciated.

Reversal of Credit memo which was already closed with invoices

Hi,I had passed credit memo and matched with invoice and then it turned to closed status.After that I had realised that I had made mistakes and I want to reverse the credit memo and adjust with debit memo, but I am not able to do that. When I reverse Credit memo, I am getting Debit memo, but I am not able to see the invoices in open status.I want to see invoices in open status, can any one give some solutions?

Setting Shipping Address on a Purchase Order

Our client has a specific requirement to set the Shipping Address to the Branch Address for Purchase Orders that are of the Type = Project Drop Ship. Currently, users are manually overriding the Ship To Address for these types of Orders and they have asked us to code it such that if the type of the Purchase Order is Project Drop Ship, then to set the Ship To Address equal to the Branch Address from the OTHER tab of the PO. ARM row percentages are wrong when column set rounds to Thousands

I am trying to report a gross margin percentage on a report while using the column set Rounding to Thousands. To illustrate, I have the following rows.No Rounding:100 Sales 10,000120 Gross Margin 5,400125 Gross Margin % (@120/@100) = 54% format #,##0% When rounding to Thousands is not used the calculation is fine.With Rounding to Thousands:125 Gross Margin % (@120/@100) = 0% it appears to divide the .54 result by 1000Changing formula to multiply by 1000:125 Gross Margin % (@120*1000)/@100 = 50% it appears to round the 540 result to the nearest thousandth .5. Note that if I multiply by 10,000, the result is 540%.If anyone has experienced this problem and can provide a solution, I would appreciate it.

Hello - We have an AP payment that was erroneously applied with a date of 06/29/2028 in the post period 06/2023. I know there is an option under the Payment Methods screen to allow “default void date to document date” for AR, but what would the solution be for AP?
