Anyone know how to add in new posting class ? this is current what we using but i need to create new account for a new product line so we need to create a new posting class

Erin - It may be a rights issue. In my local demo company, I have a + sign in the button bar on the screen you showed. You may have currently View or Edit rights, and instead would need Insert or Delete rights. -Andy
