Hello,I have 2 DH running very well on one server for my client, but I do run into some issues when the Application Pool (IIS) recycles, Acumatica restarts, but sometimes it takes longer than 30 seconds to come up again. My client works 24 hrs. a day, and they are calling at very odd hours because DH hangs due to this issue. First, let me show you what they are getting and how everything ties: 1- This is the error from DeviceHub: ([Printer] [Error] Hub connection was closed with System.TimeoutException error: Couldn't reconnect within the configured timeout of 00:00:30, disconnecting.. Stack trace: ) 2- Acumatica’s System Monitor reports this: 

HelloMy client has 2 DH running, same server, 2 different users. Each DH connects to one URL- they have 2 nodesBoth DH connect with same user name to same Tenant.This works just fine, except that when we update printer drivers, restart server and for other unknown reasons, both DH loses the printer’s size configuration causing a major disaster in 8 locations that work 24hrs. a day.We have managed to download the printer file configuration and when this happens, we load it again, but we need to know if this is a known issue or if we can get someone from DH support to help. We are getting calls in the middle of the night because DH loses this.This is the setup we have for both DH:  

I am attempting to create a workflow extension for BusinessAccountWorkflow.  It adds a few actions that I want to suppress. My extension’s Configure method override basically doesn’t do anything, so that the base method doesn’t create actions.  My override method doesn’t seem to be running, though, because the actions still appear, and my breakpoint isn’t hit. is it possible to assign the owner of a case to "contact only” where the contact is not an employee? 

When sending a quote to a customer is it possible to have the email sent from the owner of the quote?I know you can do this by clicking ‘print’, then sending the email from the this screen and changing the ‘from’ email, but is it possible to set this as standard for when you click ‘send’ from the actions menu?Thank you

Hello,We have multiple warehouses each of which is managed by a different user.****We want to limit the users at each warehouse to only see and alter data for their individual warehouse.****I created a restriction group for warehouse 100 and assigned a user to this.My expectation was that they would not be able to see or do anything in the system for anything other than their assigned warehouse.However, as a test, I logged in as the restricted user and was able to alter sales orders lines assigned to other warehouses.Have I set something up wrong or are my expectations out of line with what restriction groups do?Again, I am attempting to limit a user to warehouse 100 only for every screen in Acumatica for user 3PL.Only warehouse 100 is checked in the images below.

We would like to move the opportunity stage to a “stale” stage if the customer hasn’t responded in 30 days.  I was thinking that a Business Event would be the best way to do it, but I am unsure how to take the estimated close date, add 30 days to it and then have the business event change the opportunity status from proof to stale.  Has anyone done this yet?

Hello,I am running/emailing the Sales Order Detail by Customer via a scheduled business event.This is working as expected with one exception.I want to run the report for “Uncompleted Lines Only”.  So I want this box checked.As I said, everything works fine until I try to check this box as shown below.  I have tried a value of T and Y.   I’ve enclosed with quotes and everything else I can think of.Any thoughts?THANKS!!!!

Hi All,I am creating Physical Inventory Types and run into an issue where not all my location can be selected within the Locations Table. Our warehouse have 279 locations and seems like system is only able to take 200 locations at a time. Does anyone have a solution on how to increase the limit so I am able to include the whole warehouse in one Physical Inventory Types instead of breaking it to 2 parts?Kind regards,Calvin

Hello!we have a problem occuring for one of our customer with multiple customers.They… 1) Create a Business Account 2) Convert the Business Account to a Customer3) Create a Sales OrderBut even tho in the Customer Account are Values entered for the Address and the AcctName, the fields in the Sales Order are empty and won’t show up. Checking and unchecking the override checkbox for the shipment/invoice address doesn’t help. They will only show up once we manually go inside the customer and edit the AcctName (add a +, save, remove the +) and do the same with the address. What kind of magic is this and how is this happening? Any ideas?And how to prevent it? Any way to create a GI that see when a new customer is created and automatically does what we do manually? (Edit AcctName back and forth and address..)?GreetingsP. How to delete all stock item/non stock item records?I have uploaded 300k records and I would like to start fresh again. So far I have found nothing to mass delete that amount of records in one go, the closest is https://nexvue.com/acumatica-tips-tricks-how-to-enable-mass-delete-records/ that I can only select all records on a paged result, but I need something like “select all” option that beyond the first page, like in Gmail.Happy to do it via API if it’s possible, but an UI would be better.CheersJames

I have added a selector type attribute UDF to the Customers form. The selector is pulling results from the Salesperson table, but it is showing inactive salespersons in the results. Is there a way to hide the inactive salespersons from selection?

I am setting up a business event to notify a controller about new vendor creations occurring in the system.  Everything works on the notification email except they want a link to click on to take them to the vendor record.  It takes them to the vendor record but doesn’t fill in the vendor acct_CD so it give them a blank vendor screen to create a new vendor.  Can anyone look at this html code and see why the vendor acct.cd is not be sent through the URL link?<p class="richp"><a href="https://URL/Main?CompanyID=Test&ScreenId=AP303000&AcctCD=((Vendor.acctCD))" target="_blank"><br>New Vendor</a></p><p class="richp"><br></p>Thanks,

I created a new restrictive role that has very limited access to a few screens.Now other users who do not have this role see less in their menus.I have seen this before.I believe it may be possible that items that are “NOT SET” may be lost on these other users when I created the new restrictive role.Does anyone have a way to have my new role not affect any users who are not assigned to it?Thanks!

We are trying to post a payment, but we are getting this error message:Inter-Branch Transactions feature is disabled.What does this mean? Thank you. 

I have a Business Event that Triggers off a generic Inquiry, once a day at a set time.I want the activity to be logged under the Vendor.If I run the report manually the activity is being logged under the vendor, when the email is generated.When I trigger the business event using the Notifcation Template, an email is generated but the Activity is not logged to the Vendor.Any ideas on what I am missing. Here are the images of the notication template. Notification template  Link to Entity and Account filled
