When you create a note on a stock item you are able to select ‘Add pop up note’ so that every time that part is added to a sales order, appointment, PO etc it pops up and then the user must click ok for the pop up to go away.
This is great for our procurement team and sales team, however a nightmare for our service team. Are we able to restrict who gets these pop up notes or which modules they appear in?
