Can not login to partner university portal

Dear All,

We are experiencing login issue with one of our users with university portal. Can anyone advice where we need to address the issue , please

    Which link are you trying to connect? I believe you are trying to access the below link.

    https://acumatica.litmos.com/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2fhome%2fdashboard

    This link is not directly accessible. you need to go to below link to access Partner portal.

    https://portal.acumatica.com/Frames/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f.

    Or else you can directly click on Partner portal as displayed in the screen itself and then click on Learn tab.

    I initially login through partner portal only.

    after that when I click learn this window pops up and giving me this error.

    please advice.
