Is it possible to arrange the Workspaces in alphabetical order and if so, how is that done? What is the governing factor is the order that Acumatica presently uses for the order of the Workspace?

Hi @billmarmc you can click on the bottom left elipsis and edit menu:

 

Then you can click and drag on the workspaces to re-arrange:
