Can't delete a Service Order Type

Good morning, I’m trying to delete the Test Service Order Type (the only one Inactive) from the list below:When I try to delete it, I get the following warning: “TEST” does not appear in any Service Order or Appointment. Please help, thanks.

Is there a way to have the Email Sales Order action in the Sales Order screen show the email for editing before sending?

We would like to be able to edit the Sales Order email before it is sent. The email is automatically sent by clicking the Action button Email Sales Order. Is there a way to have that messages displayed on screen and editable before manually sending it instead? Thanks, Phil

While going to close the case

After upgrade to 2021 R2 According to above screenshot you can see that once click on close button from action then its going to update data and then disable the button of close then its show dilogbox so once click on ok button then its display error that close button disable

Sales Order Workflows - Need Add. Workflow Types

Hello-I am working with the workflow engine and I feel like I hit a wall. I need the ability to house multiple workflow variations based on order type. OOTB only has 7 based on core order types, not the extended order types. I have a requirement to handle 20+ order types and I am trying to stray from having to house all those workflows in one workspace for obvious reasons. So my options are as follows.. are any of these feasible and if so, how?Update the workflow-identifying field to something else Add additional order types to the list to be able to configure Create a customization project where a workflow is created for each order type and each action, transition, and state requires the order type to be exclusive of the others. Something else…?Thanks in advance!

Shipments screen does not trigger business events

I need to have business events for the Shipments screen (SO302000). Build 21.116.0049.Type -- Trigger by Record Change. Raise Event -- For Each Record. But the screen does not trigger any business event.I've tried the simplest conditions (like Record Inserted or Changed), without any subscriber. But events didn't been triggered.I've tried to use a simplest GI and to create event on GI. Not triggering.Then I restore the snapshot of the system on my local PC.And on the local system the screen triggers b.events with any complicated condition with any complicated subscriber.There are no other active b.events for the screen. There is no customization for the screen.Any ideas why events are not triggering on?

Anyone else having a Payment and Applications error after the last update?

We can no longer post payments to our system. There was apparently some update which gave us this error message on our login screen: Warning: customization failed to apply automatically after the upgrade.In all honesty, this system is too buggy to be used. I am seriously thinking of switching to a program like Yardi, which specializes in Real Estate. Imperiam is just a mess. Anyone else having this issue where items are not loading in Payment and Applications? This has happened in the past because of an update.

Email password not deleting from System Email Accounts

Is this a bug? I can’t delete the password from system email accounts. I can add/remove the user name and all of the other fields, but I can’t switch out the password.As a result, I can’t send out emails due to authentication issues

Email Notifications - Object reference not set to an instance

I’ve been struggling with creating business events to trigger an email, and I’ve come to the conclusion that building a GI specific to the email is probably my best bet, but unfortunately it is not working for me.I created the GI and have all of the fields I need and the GI works fine.In email notifications, I click INSERT > DATAFIELDS, find a field, then select it into the document. Adding any field results in the following error code “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”

Hi guys, I wonder if there’s a way to set view restriction on project tasks? Like for some employees, they could only see part of the tasks in a project; but the others could see all the tasks. Anyone has any idea? Thanks a lot!

Does anyone know how to make the Project selector visible in the Purchase Order screen PO301000?In the PO301000 screen, I can see Project in the 2nd columnBut when I go to the screen, Project is not visible after Owner as shown below Thanks Mark
