Inquiring if the Image Recognition for expenses receipts was removed in 2022 R1? because I have tried capturing a receipt using my mobile device, but it doesn’t do any recognition, it just attaches the image as file, then I have to add the rest of the details manually. 

Hi!We have a Bills and Adjustments Approval routing set up for one of our tenants, with a very simple routing that flows to a workgroup of approvers. All of a sudden, today, we are unable to approve any of the Bills stuck in Pending Approval. Nothing about our routing has changed, and I have even tried creating a new routing, creating test users to assign the routing to, and we are unable to successfully approve. Has anyone encountered this, or know where we should begin to look? It doesn't matter if we create brand new routing, assign new users as the approver, etc, we continue to get the message “You are not an authorized approver for this document”Thanks for your insight!

Hello,When are the “reorder point suggested,” “Safety Stock Suggested,” and “Max Qty Suggested” fields supposed to calculate? The goal is to use forecast orders (orders that are not meant to be fulfilled) to create demand within the system. We would like the system to provide the suggested values for the fields below. We are wondering why it’s not calculating these fields when the availability rules are set to include So prepared and booked.In the item class for the item, the demand calculation is set to “item class settings”Right now, there are several SOs within the calculation period that are creating demand

We have a customer that has the incorrect Customer ID. We have attempted to change the Customer ID by clicking on the AR303000 screen and selecting Change ID. We enter the correct Customer ID in the Specify New ID windows, then click OK, and click Save, we receive an error message that readsError: Another process has added the ‘Customer’ record. Your changes will be lost.Can someone explain what the error message means, and if there is a way to change the Customer ID without having to create a new customer.Thank you!  

Hello Community,I have a prospect which are into item configuration industry. So they have a template with the list of items - Preferably a type of landing page, which their customers can see and select the items that will be assembled into a finished product. So here, the customers are selecting their own configuration (assembling) → the prospect shares the pricing calculation with their customers → if the customer is happy they will purchase it.How can we implement such a scenario in Acumatica, since the prospect wants to give their customers an option to configure the products as per the need by themselves.I came up with the Product Configurator/BOM & Kit Assembly scenarios in Acumatica but then how these would be displayed up in the customer portal. And if customisation would be required then at what stage/level.Thanks in advance.

Hello,Is there a way to export the current inventory from the stock item menu. I do not see the field from the column configuration.I guess I would need to create a GI to export the inventory correct? 

Hi there - We want to limit available cost codes to project specific cost codes rather than providing employees with access to the master cost code listing.  Currently the employee can see both the master cost code listing as well as project specific codes.  We want to remove the option that allows the employee to select from master cost codes.  Is this option available?

Does anyone know where to find the correct document for “How to setup and print on Blank Check Stock” with Acumatica? I searched and chatted with Acumatica and even they can’t help and couldn’t find the document? 

Hello All,I am currently facing an issue while creating a project quote. Yday when i was creating the same quote it didnt trigger any error. But now when I am recreating it, shows the below error: The quote that I had created yday: While I am testing the same in the demo instance, Acumatica does allow me to do the same without any errors.  

I know how to make an empty widget using About:Blank on Embedded Page widget.My issue now is that the Embedded Page widget refuses to scale down like the other widets. It’s gets small enough in width, but not nearly as short as the other widgets can, this makes my spacing look very jagged when I have a list of links who are tighly packed, but one overly long blank spacer next to them. How do I get this to shrink? I can certinaly make it longer than needed, but not shorter… Thank you in advance for your help!

We often create backorders since we try to ship out whatever we can as soon as we can. Our shipping software, V-Technologies StarShip, pulls the Declared Value from the CuryOrderTotal field. The problem is that since we’re not shipping the entire order, the declared value is too much. And its the same situation when we send out the backordered items since it still pulls from CuryOrderTotal. This causes the declared value, and therefore, the shipping insurance to be higher than it should be. Has anyone else run into this and how do you solve it? At the very least we’d like to be able to notify our shipping team what the correct declared value should be on the backorder so they can change it in StarShip. I tried to do some calculations in the Pick List form to display it but it never worked consistently.

Is there a way to limit who is able to add cost codes to the job? Like admin rights for cost codes?I am trying to customize this so no one in the company can invoice to a cost code that wasn't used within the job. 

We are using Project Issues as a way to create custom forms that users can fill out from their mobile device.  When they close the Issue, a PDF report of the form response gets emailed to them.  I’d like to be able to put a link in the email body so they can click a link that will take them directly into that form response (Project Issue) in the Acumatica Mobile App, rather than taking them into the browser.  Is this possible?

Hi Family, I would like to ask, how do I dispose of an asset of vehicle type that has been written off and the period I want to dispose in was 11-2022? The vehicle received some funds from the insurance, more than what the car is worth now. I would like to ask what figures goes to the Proceeds amount field as the current cost of the asset has changed. I have been looking into the Movement class calculations and I was wondering if anyone had any more insight as to what transactions go into this calculation? I haven’t been able to identify exactly what it is? All documentation I could find was Quantity Sold, but I wasn’t sure if this accounted for Issues to Production, Sales, Inventory Adjustment, etc?Any help would be appreciated!

In process of upgrade planning and was curious if anyone has an existing GI they could share that would list all of the GIs within the system so they can be quickly verified for upgrade testing?

I noticed my email was wrong (andy instead of andi) so I reset it in the Acumatica portal in my profile. I also changed it in the Partner University (“Learn” link and changed the email on the Profile there) however this latter action seems to have broken the link as when I now go to “Learn”, everything I had achieved has gone.  It is if I am visiting for the first time.I note that on the partner portal when I click on my profile, the dropdown still shows the old (incorrect) email as if that is some sort of unique user ID, even though my actual profile shows it as now being correct.Is it possible to reset my portal user ID to the andi email (and that may then establish the link to the University) or have all my achievements gone for good?

Hi, I’m looking for a few pointers on how to resolve an issue caused by an upgrade of one of our live sites.  The upgrade was from 2022.1121.302.452 to 2022.2.205.103.4522 and occurred last week.  The symptoms are the same as outlined in the post below except that:Issue is ocuring on a Live site not a local install Error message relates to Newtonsoft: Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=13.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. I created a CSV data provider with UTF-8 Encoding. Unfortunately, Acumatica encoding of UTF-8 is UTF-8 with BOM. The system that will be reading this data can only except UTF-8. Does anyone have information or a workaround on this topic? Data Provider (SM206015) Exported CSV File
