Why does the “Replenishment Seasonality” settings require dates with years?If I want to define “SUMMER” as June 1st to August 31st this will be the same every year but I need to change the dates in the Seasonality settings each year?  Is there a way to define the Seasonality with just day & month?

Anyone else experiencing issues with changing Acumatica passwords while in Edge?  Seems like most of my users can’t, have them go to Chrome and they are able to change it.  As an admin I have even experienced this issue.

I am getting the following error message.Error: Inserting 'Sales Order Line' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. 'Project Task' cannot be empty. Require Ship/Receipt is OFF in the Non-Stock settings.This just started. We have been on the system for about 4 years without this issue. Nothing has changed that we are aware. Can anyone help? It seems to only happen with requisitions that are associated with a project and project task. We have always just entered this information into the PO once created. 

Suddenly, we are unable to add lines to the Weekly Crew Time entry screen on all projects.

Hello!This is kind of an odd question, I was hoping someone might have an idea. Our Operations team has cages full of inventory that they send to a configuration center.Our Ops manager wants to use the cages as an asset and have inventory assigned to it as a location, while being able to change the location of the asset… if that makes sense.My boss suggested using the asset Module, which I am not to familiar with.Would you recommend the Asset Module, or a different way of doing this?  If you recommend the Asset Module, do you have somewhere to point me by chance that will explain it a little better to use it in the manner we need? Thanks for your thoughts!

 Hello!I setup the test dataset and I was running through a bunch of commerce connector scenarios and came across an issue with Refunds.    I am refunding the full amount of an order in Shopify that has been fulfilled, invoiced, archived, etc.   I’m getting following error:Inserting 'AR Payment' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. CashAccountID: Cash Account '10250ST ' cannot be found in the system. Please verify whether you have proper access rights to this object.The cash account is not restricted by branch and I’m logged in as admin, I get the same error in multiple branches (Head Office and Retail...). There is a known issue in 2023R2 that seems a bit similar to this: AC-290671 but not the same.The one thing that seems to bother me is that the Cash Account name seems to have an extra space in it:  actual ‘10250ST’  vs ‘10250ST ‘ in the error message.The trace file is full of a bunch of fun stuff: Anyone have any ideas?

Hello everyone, I have some errors importing my snapshot, the size of the file is about 312MB,my build version is 22.207.0013, after de error I increased some fields length manually in sql server and Reset de cache in the ERP. I am still having the same error. Any Idea?. the trace

Here is my use case:Acumatica 2022 r1 / 22.109.0023Monthly Close occurs on the first of the month with a set of around 30 individual tasks we are tracking in a spreadsheet but want to migrate to Acumatica, of course, and have a central location for all involved to track the progress of each task as a dashboard.I have tried to look up Scenarios, but the only info I found (aside from the similarly named import/export scenarios which flooded my searches) is a blog post from 2017 and another post on here that is not nearly in depth enough to understand the full functionality though looked like what we wanted. Hi, We’re getting this error saying that “there in an error, please review” in in a processing screen when we trying to process a record. I tried tracing the current screen, but it does not show any errors.  from where can I review or trace this error? Thank you.

Hello our team was trying to process a Sales Invoice but forgot to change the currency from CAD to USD. So the incorrect invoice was generated in CAD but not USD. To fix the issue, the incorrect invoice with CAD currency was opened and did click the “Correct Invoice”. The invoice with USD Currency was generated. However, when we tried releasing it, it shows this message:  Without releasing it, the system won’t create the credit memo to cancel the incorrect invoice (CAD) Do you know how can we can fix this?

We’re running into this annoying situation where a department that uses the Sales Order GI wants a default tab other than All Records.  I’ve created this tab 3 times and within a day someone deletes it.   I have two questions I am hoping someone knows the answer to.  Is it possible to find out who is deleting a shared filter? Is there a permission that controls if people can delete filters?

How can I make a field mandatory? For example: I am creating a project quote and a few fields there I want to make them mandatory for everyone. How do I do that?

We have a business event that creates an email notification. The business event is triggered when one of the two attributes is changed to a specific value (Per image below, when “File Status” is changed to “Account Approved”, the business event is triggered. The business event works fine without issue. However, we want the value of the other attribute (“Change Order?”)  to display in the email notification. That attribute only shows up when that value is changed at the same time the “file status” attribute value is changed. If the “change order” is changed and saved prior to the “file status” attribute being changed, the text is blank. Hey all, How are you all handling training for Acumatica end users. I didn’t know if your organizations have had any sort of turnover but keeping end users trained seems to have been a large struggle for our company. I know that oracle has a platform called UPK or User Productivity Kit. Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) is a software application used for developing training material. It excels at the rapid creation of simulations for software applications, but can also be used for creating printed documents such as user procedures and job aids. Does anybody know if acumatica has anything similar or has been able to tackle training in a different fashion?We currently have .PDF documents for deferent process we used in our company on a sharepoint site, but these seems to get out of date pretty quickly everytime we upgrade acumatica. It seems like a full time job just keeping this up to date. I’m open to how you keep end users trained on different processes in the system.
