Hi,   Just wondering how the time filter works in Employee Time Card? Like if I want to filter 15 minutes or 2:15? It seems these filters are hardcoded? Thank you.

Hi, I’m want to send an e-mail with a joined report.This report accepts 2 date parameters, with default values (DateFrom & DateTo) : With a scheduled event, i trigger every month the email sending.On the joined report settings, i have to specify his parameters values In my case in want to have :DateFrom : the start of the next monthDateTo : the end of the next monthI didn’t find the right syntax for this. I also tried to not specify those parameters, but the default values of the report are not applied. Any help would be great.Thanks 

Is there a good reason that the details lines of a PO show the branch description rather than the PO Line description when looking through the PO?   

Hello, I am trying to figure out if it is possible to create a blank scenario with the demo trial mode of Acumatica ERP R2 for testing and development purposes. I work for a company that is considering using Acumatica services but wants a more thorough understanding of what the platform has to offer. I have created an instance and toyed around with the U100 dataset using the A150 guide…. but beyond that I have not had much more hands-on involvement with using the system. Any help would be appreciated!

Why do prepayments come up as unreleased AR documents?

Hi There, I tried t void a wire which went through before the batch payments released. Now I can’t release the wire batch payment due to error “This Batch Payments contains voided documents. You must remove them to be able to release the Batch”Now, the system void payment got posted in Bank Rec but the wire payment still shows balanced. I can’t release the wire payment. Could you please advise how to fix this issue? Thank you.  

Hi,Not sure what sub forum to place this question but, I noticed that the sorting feature in import by scenario screen for 2024 R1 version is not available anymore. Was that removed in purpose?  

I’m not sure how to create an “Event” on this site, so I’m posting it here. The Acumatica Summit is coming up in a couple of weeks and it’s always a crazy time, with so much to learn. When creating an email activity off of a Case record, an error is returned. Email cannot be saved or sent. When attempting, the following message displays: "An unhandled exception has occurred in the function 'MoveNext"." trace log exception message: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". It is happening on every case currently.  

Business event: Daily Appointment Status ReportTrigger by ScheduleRaise Event for Group of records – being the Branch Location. I have created a GI that group Appointments per Branch Location. I want all the Appointments per the Branch to be send out to the branch manager. The GI show data correct. The Grouping by records does not seem to perform how I expected this to work. I am expecting the Business event to trigger for a group of records and to send out one email containing the grouping records, i.e. table format with all the data per the grouping.The Business event triggers, however it send out an email per the Appointment and not per the Branch Location Is this possible or do we need to create a report or Velixo to group the data.

Hello all! Some client are reporting that their clients are receiving their AP EFT Remittance as .dat and not .pdf.Some measures I took were to force it in Acumatica to the following settings : I also verified the Business Event and it is set to PDF. Is there something I’m missing?

Has anyone ran into the issue where a delegate has to wait 24 hours before they can approve an expense claim? I ran into this issue with a customer on 23R2.  Haven’t heard of this with any other clients on same or different builds.  

I have printed the 1099 Misc and 1099 NEC forms. I am now at Create E-File.  There is no Vendor History for NEC or MISC.  What am I missing?  

Hi,One of our customer has below requirement.They have the requirement to process shipments without clicking on Create shipment action on each Sales Order. Hence we tried to create shipment through Process Orders» Create Shipment. But it has created one single shipment for all the Sales Orders of the same customer. How can we create shipment for each Sales Order separately? TIA

I noticed that one of the automations scheduled to release Purchase Receipts is unable the process the releases as the financial period was closed. I tried to tick the “Financial Supervisor” role for the Acumatica admin user to allow the automation to process the Purchase Receipts even when a financial period is closed. However, when I selected admin under the Users screen, I realised that the Roles are not accessible: I checked another site and it is allowing modification of the Roles for this user:  I am wondering if I don’t have rights and how can I get access to modify the system admin role.

We have a user who’s last login on his user profile (SM201010) shows as two days ago, but the Status field on his user profile (SM201010) still shows as Online.  He is not currently doing anything in the system.   Just curious, does anyone know how/when that field resets to Active? Thanks,Andy

Hi! We have an email set up in Acumatica that is specially used to receive AP Bills. Incoming Mail Processing tab on the Email Account is set up like below. It should be submitting any attachments to the Incoming Documents screen.However, we have not been able to receive any of the attachments unless I go to the Send and Receive Email screen and perform the action to ‘Receive All.”I thought the documents would be received automatically… do I need to perform the step to process “Receive All” every time new emails come in?  Thanks!

Hi, Following an update overnight my dashboard graphs spotted working. I have created/modified reports and have been able to recover most of them. I have an odd issue with the system automatically sizing my doughnut graphs:my Gender Breakdown graph is perfect Home State graph (without a popup legend, as a test) cuts off the names of the states at the top Employment Status graph (with popup legend) also cuts off names at top and sides.Also of note, the size of the doughnut are different.All parameters are the same. How can I fix this?  

Good morning! My company needs to place a purchase order that will give us enough stock of an item until April 2026. We have been in Acumatica for less than a year. Below is my proposed method of approach and I’m looking to see if the method will work.Manually enter monthly forecast data for February 2025-April 2026Increase “days of supply” for my purchased items to “453”Should MRP then give a PO recommendation of how much inventory to purchase?
