I’ve been trying to set up a business event to run whenever a new entry is added, but this event never runs. I can get it to trigger with “Trigger with Action”, but by Record Inserted produces no results.

+4Just throwing a dart here, but that Contains condition catches my eye as a potential problem for BE triggering. Just for testing purposes I would see if you could turn it off, or find another way to use an Equals there instead. Then if it starts working, you can explore from there a more permanent solution.
