Business Event Not Running.

I’ve been trying to set up a business event to run whenever a new entry is added, but this event never runs. I can get it to trigger with “Trigger with Action”, but by Record Inserted produces no results.

Can you make sure to add the key fields in the Generic inquiry for the field added.

Another steps to check if any conditions orJoins are causing the issues.

I believe I’ve added all the key fields from the two tables being brough in: 
 

The Two Tables
SOOrder Key Fields
SOLine Key Fields

I believe the conditions are fine as well.

Just throwing a dart here, but that Contains condition catches my eye as a potential problem for BE triggering.  Just for testing purposes I would see if you could turn it off, or find another way to use an Equals there instead.  Then if it starts working, you can explore from there a more permanent solution.

Alright, I removed the Contains criteria, however the BE is still not working.
