We work with Acumatica PCS customers who have multiple tenants, each containing several companies. Currently, we’re finding it challenging from both a timeline and risk management perspective to upgrade all tenants simultaneously, especially since Acumatica requires a single-instance upgrade—meaning all tenants must be updated at once.
Has anyone else encountered this situation? If so, how have you managed the risks and operational impact of upgrading all tenants in a single window?
Ideally, it would be beneficial if Acumatica allowed a staggered migration approach (e.g., upgrading tenants over a few months) to distribute risk and resource demands. Are there any workarounds or best practices to mitigate these challenges?
