Accessing data in report

Hello all,

I have a time activity report with which if I log in as admin I am able to see all the records for a particular project but if I log in as the PM then some of the data is hidden. Are there any suggestions on this that I could apply?

Maybe that User is restricted due to the settings in "Row Level Security/Configuration"
