Looking for anyone that has had experience with the ADP Workforce Now/Acumatica Integration. We currently use ADP for all of our time keeping and export that data into a GL excel file that we then manipulate (that includes project ID, task and cost code) to upload Acumatica as a journal transaction. The two-way connector between ADP and Acumatica sounds promising, but it being so new, I’m curious if anyone has first hand experience and feedback on it?

+10We are walking away from ADP because of all of the issues we have been experiencing with software and support. It is not a single pay period we don’t experience an issue and we are able to go through without going to ADP. We met with ten different people in different levels and they all said your experience experience will be different but at the end it is the same old same old

Currently have a client who is implementing ADP payroll. Here are some fundamental issues.
- ADP pushes employee data and creates employee, but most of their people have limited Acumatica knowledge and they do not like to engage the consultants. They also completely incapable of error message troubleshooting.
- The only data they can pull is time and that is very questionable.
- Their GL data integration is limited to 50 characters string; therefore, any utilizes project and wants GL import with project data might have issues because the total string including Company/Branch, GL accounts, subaccounts, project, project task, cost codes cannot exceed 50 characters.
- They cannot integrate quantity information as well into GL, only amount fields, and if anyone wants to import hours as qty for projects that is not doable.
- They outsource all their data import templates;therefore, be prepared to pull the data from ACM on your own.
