Hi everyone, I am having a problem in a field when I press the Data Field button, the system will take the entire view name as the parent node and the data field as the child node in the view name of the screen that I have selected to display to allow the user to select in the list. However, currently the view name and data field are on the same level without hierarchy, for example PIDetail is the view name, but warehouse is the data field. The result is returning a flat list of child nodes in the repeated parent nodes. Acumatica version 25R2.  I’ve successfully deployed and consumed generic inquiries with parameters via OData.  For a specific generic inquiry, I would like to return the result in Excel format for direct opening or download, rather than returning the data in json format.  I do not want the calling application to have to convert the data.  I’ve been going round and round with Claude AI on a low-code customization solution, but it can’t figure out how to do it in one shot.  It wants to trigger an export and file save to the file system then return a reference to the file which requires another API call to download the file.  Has anyone been able to perform this type of action with a generic inquiry in one API call?  It’s hard to believe that this is so difficult when I can do it with very little code in a web service method in a very old SAP system.  Thanks.

I have a customisation that adds a field to AP301000 - it’s part of a project that we’re deploying to pretty much all our customers.I’ve another customisation that adds a very different set of fields to the same screen, and that will be deployed to a subset of our customers. I created a new screen and i am trying make a GI the entry point for the screen. The screen is working fine with no issues. When i add the screen to the it has a warning that says “This form cannot be automated.” when i view the gi afterward,i get an error that says “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”. The new screen is added to the sitemap and works fine. I published the GI to the same workspace that the screen is in. I tried restarting the application and that didnt fix it. I also added the dll to the customization project and published it again. Nothing i have done so far has made it work. I went back and looked at the last video of T210 where they show how to do it and followed it but i am still getting the error. Does anyone know what this error means?

We have a business requirement to have unit cost be visible and editable on the Details tab for Sales Orders.  I made it visible but I can’t find a way to make it editable.  Here are the attributes:[PXDBCurrency(typeof(Search<CommonSetup.decPlPrcCst>), typeof(SOLine.curyInfoID), typeof(SOLine.unitCost))][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Unit Cost", Visibility = PXUIVisibility.Dynamic)][PXDefault(TypeCode.Decimal, "0.0")]These seem to match Unit Price except for the Visibility.  If there is a way to enable this please let me know.

Hi. I need to add new tab to Daily Field Report document. At this tab must be grid and filter for this grid.Grid must contain “Selector” column, allow Select all (this should trigger the ability to Save the DFR if changed on a record in this grid).There will be no +/- on this grid, it is just showing existing results matching our filters.When we select some lines at this tab, at next tab(new tab) must be fill associated rows from some table. I met a problem while upgrading package from 25r1 to 25r2. WSDL changed my viewNames, and control names. I just spent several hours trying to figure out why the ‘Appointments’ screen is broken in 25 R2, only to discover that it’s “not”. When printing AR Invoice with a project link to it, the system routes me to ProInvoice/Memo (pm641000) form. How do I change the setting to be able to print the regular AR Invoice form (Invoice/Memo - AR641000) for invoices with projects link to it? I have tried going into Mailing & Printing settings of Project Preferences, but the AR Invoice is not available to select. I’m trying to add photos to a files customization project, however I don’t see them on the list of add files to add. I believe my added photos are in the right spot, but I don’t see them. Are they in the right place? 

I'm trying to create a button that will run both the Print Labels and Print Shipment Confirmation actions for a shipment. I found some examples in the Acumatica base code that look to run one action, then wait, then run another, but it's not working for me. Below is one of the code examples I'm trying. The order which they run doesn’t matter. When a user clicks Create Shipment on the Sales Order screen, I want to update each line of the Sales Order with the current date if the line was shipped.I tried 10 different ways to do this.  The easiest way I though of was to use the SOShipLine Row Persisting or Row Persisted method on the Shipments graph extension.  In those methods, I tried to get the SOLine related to the SOShipmentLine being saved to the DB and update the SOLine custom field.  This throws an error the the SOLine is already updated and the update to SOLine is rolled back.My next approach is to override the CreateShipmentIssue method that is called when you click Create Shipment.  I am invoking the method, then trying to update the SOLine after the method has been invoked.After the method has been invoked, I try to get the SOShipLine where the SOLine has the SOShipLine.origOrderNbr, SOShipLine.origLineNbr, and SOShipLine.origOrderType fields.However, the select returns null.  I think
