Hi Team, Thank you to everyone who has chimed in on past events.  This community has been amazing.  Do any of you know of a way to get emails sent out to a person/workgroup when a task or event has been entered with them as the owner?  Seems like this should be a functionality but I am not finding any answers to hopefully make this a reality.  Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

We have implemented SSO using our Azure active directory and we have 2 locales set up for English and French (we are in Canada).How can users select their desired language now that the login screen is bypassed?

All, this is driving me crazy, I shouldn’t let this get to me. :)Our main Acumatica install is the lovely default blue. The favicon in the browser tab matches the color of our main and all is right in the world:Which one is the sandbox?Our sandbox is a terrible magenta -- it works, because you immediately know you’re in the sandbox.I didn’t set the sandbox up, but I can shoot a new favicon off to our admin. Is there a vector/eps of the acumatica logo available?

Our inventory is set up in a nonconventional manner where we have last cost being the place holder for the price we paid for an item.  We typically buy and resell.  Is there anyway to get the last cost to show on our home screen for stock items?  Our current list doesn’t have that as an option to add.  Or is there a way to get last cost to populate into current cost?   

Acumatica allows for one “ cash account” data pull, much like quickbooks does.  We want it to pull in the Amex info daily for processing. Where can I set this up?

Hi everyone,  We have a business event that send out information if an invoice balance is changed and for some reason - it will send out double emails. One with the information filled out and the other one is just a blank email. Does anyone have a fix for this or has experienced this? 

Can the option of Generate Calendar be automated under Company Financial Calendar? I did not see a schedule option. Let me know.Thank you,Frances

User was setup with the check box selected to allow them to reset their password.  When going to the upper right drop down and selecting MY PROFILE, it takes them to Welcome to Acumatica.If an additional set-up is required, please provide path.  Thanks.

Could you please provide any suggestions for the following scenario?To restore the database locally, I have tested the following options. The size of the database is over 25GB, and the versions of Acumatica and the database match.    I created a folder under the Acumatica installation directory, assuming it is located at C:\Program Files\Acumatica\Database\Data\NewFolder. I extracted the contents of the exported snapshot's .zip file into the newly created folder. After that, I run the Acumatica ERP Configuration Wizard. During the Tenant Setup step, I selected the option with the name of the folder (NewFolder) that I had created. However, some errors occurred during the installation, such as 'Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'GLTran_PK'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.GLTran'. Hey everyone, we have a customer that’s implementing and they would like to add, for example, the first letters of the first name and 1st letter of the last name, followed by an auto-generated number (this part I know). Would that involve some sort of customization or can that  be done natively? If so, how?

Is there a place on the community or portal where I can obtain a snapshot of the Sales Demo for a specific 22R2 build ?  In understand the sale demo instance is part of each install.  Are the snapshots available as a separate file without installing the build?

My client would like to prevent users from accessing the mobile app. I logged a support ticket and was told I could use IP filtering, which is not an acceptable solution. The other option I was given was to create a customization. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? They are looking to completely disable mobile app access for the time being.Thanks

 I already generated a company employee name in the Configuration >Employee module, but when I wanted to create a new user, the employee's name didn't come out in Linked Entity. Can refer to the error 'contact ... already associated with another user'. So how can I solve this issue.

Has anyone else encountered this with Sales Demo snapshot Build 22.212.0046  

Good day, I used a Tenand ID that was not being used, thenant was on status Unlicensed, and change it to Test Tenant. After this, I imported the Demo Snapshot (Demo 22.211.0034), restored this snapshot to the Tenant, and after a few minutes, the tenant was not selectable, and now I cant access that tenant, is not showing on the tenant list screen, and it will show as a tenant on the Space Calculate screen. I am using the admin user, with all superpowers, but still can make the tenant to show up. Any ideas?

Hi All,I want to remove warehouse guy access from some warehouse id.So I create a Restriction Group called BRVT Warehouse type A Inverse - this group will have access to all warehouses except DN, HCM, LMX, HN as imagedThen I assign user TEST for this group. As my understanding about Restriction Group Type A Inverse, User TEST cant see anything about DN, HCM, LMX, HN.When I sign in User TEST, it still can seePlease advise any things wrong with my setting.Thank you,Yên Chi

I am getting this error when creating a new instance, any idea how to resolve it is much appreciated.  

We just upgraded to 23R1 and discovered that the document nbr search (within the document screen) is now searching other fields besides the document number.  Is there a way to restrict this to only search document numbers and not customer IDs, as shown below? I search for SO # 1224 and get 1132 in the dropdown.  1132 is an SO# that has a CUSTOMER ID of C1224.  My users don’t want to find a customer number in this particular search box. This same dynamic occurs in the Production Order Maintenance screen and probably other screens as well.

I am wondering if anyone can help me find the steps to enable SSO (Microsoft Azure AD, OAuth 2.0) on Acumatica Cloud.Do not need the steps to create an application in Azure AD. Only the Acumatica side.We are not able to create an external identity provider, and all of the instructions I find are for on-prem instances not SaaS and require modifying the install filesThank you!!
