Automation Scheduler is not working and icon not showing as Active

Hello Team,,

 

Can you please check why the scheduler is not working 
i set the required field but still its now working…

@RSHAH1  This is weird and seeing this behaviour the first time, hence could not able to provide a solution and suggesting these options.

Can you please re-start the IIS and check once?

if still it is not working, please raise a support case with Acumatica.

@RSHAH1  I don’t see any issues with the Scheduler configuration.

Can you please confirm that this processing screen working fine when we process manually?

yes when run manually then its working well 
but can you please let me know in case if any exception occur then scheduler not update their data like next execution time or other detail ?

Yes, @RSHAH1  It will show RED color status with the next execution time in the Automation Schedule Statuses screen.

May i know once one reason 

when create the schedule and when my code is in debug mode then every execute minute time is run and my cursor move to debug mode so dont understand what was is the issue its not updated the automation scheduler data in this case….

@RSHAH1 I do not have experience with SalesForce but I had similar problem with Procore that later figured out if execution is too frequent that before completion of a schedule another one tries to start it doesn’t work. Can you decrease the frequency for testing purpose to see how it works. Worth a shot
