Hi, wondering if it is possible to create a GI that shows current year vs last year’s data? Attached is a sample GI that shows current year’s figures. How do I add last year’s data to compare them? Once working, I will need to add it onto a dashboard. If this isn’t possible, I’m thinking creating a new GI with last year’s data and add it onto the dashboard beside the current year.

Hi Acumatica Community,I tried using an Import Scenario to perform mass processing for voiding prepayment transactions. But I have an error. May I ask if anyone has experience with this process or can provide guidance on the proper setup and approach?

Hello Experts，Do you  know whether Acumatica dashboards support the following combo chart in a single widget? Looks like belwo chart on the pic.X axis: month Columns: Quantity, stacked (or clustered) by item, showing each item's Qty separately Line: Sales amount, on a secondary Y axis (Sales and Qty are on very different scales)If not natively supported, please advise on the recommended alternative.Thank you.

If an AP invoice is accidentally booked to the Fixed Asset clearing account, and then either reclassed to an expense instead of the FA clearing account or reversed with an adjustment, the original AP invoice still shows in convert purchases to assets. Is the best way to remove the transaction to mark it as reconciled and process? It seems to remove the transaction from the list, but I’m not sure if there are any other issues that may cause I’m not seeing yet. Or is there another way to remove that transaction from the list so users don’t accidentally convert it to a FA?

Hi Acumatica Community,We are planning to proceed with the period closing and would like to seek your recommendations on which reports can be used to validate the subsidiary ledgers against the Trial Balance.Specifically, we would like to validate the following subsidiary ledgers:Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) Inventory Fixed Assets CashOur objective is to perform an additional validation to ensure that the balances in the subsidiary ledgers reconcile with the corresponding General Ledger (GL) balances reflected in the Trial Balance before we proceed with the period closing. We would appreciate any recommendations on the appropriate Acumatica reports or reconciliation procedures that can be used for this purpose.Thank you in advance for your guidance and recommendations.

There are several community entries on this topic, but I haven’t really found an reply that can be implemented. This entry perfectly explains the problem, but the solution isn’t realisitic:Purchase Order Prepayments | CommunityIt’s a pretty basic ask:Vendor needs a prepayment (deposit) on a PO PO Details keep changing -- there’s no way to modify the PO Details that are linked to a PO Prepayment Request. The prepayment shouldn’t have a requirement to be linked to individual lines.. it’s just a deposit on the PO Total. How can this be accomplished?

Hi Acumatica community,Does anyone know how to adjust the file that is created when you click “print shipping labels” (from the easy post integration) so the size of the label works for a label printer? We use the zebra printers where the labels print directly to a sticker so we need to remove the extra white space on the page or have the page size adjusted to reflect the 4”x6” label size. Our workaround is to print the labels one by one, but it seems unnecessarily time consuming. Thanks for any advice or ideas!

We have a request to update an existing sales worksheet and release status. Are we able to edit after it has been released? What is the process for that?

Hello!I have a scenario where I am required to calculate GST 5% applicable for Jersey Island. Can someone please let me know how to configure GST in Acumatica. Thank You

I’m stumped here. I have a screen with a tree view driving a form and details grid. this was working perfectly in the classic UI but I simply cannot get it functioning in the MUI. The modern UI displays the tree nodes correctly, but no matter what I do, the grid and form stay empty as if totally disconnected from the tree nodes. Anyone have suggestions or direction? The documentation has very few examples, and I also wasn’t able to find any answers by reviewing the front end code for the Configuration Entry screen. I’m assuming IF the issue is in the front end code, it’s in the “@treeConfig” decorator, but I’ve tried changing so many things and it hasn’t affected the dependent form or grid at all. I’m left thinking something may need to be changed in the graph.  Classic UI, from and grid load as expectedASPX from Classic UI <%@ Page Language="C#" MasterPageFile="~/MasterPages/FormTab.master" AutoEventWireup="true" ValidateRequest="false" CodeFile="PV302010.aspx.cs" Inherits="Page_PV

Used to be able to use @OrganizationName.  It seems that Parameters are no longer supported in formulas in the headers of the Column Set in the Modern UIIn Modern UI, 26R1+ how do we get the financial reports to print the company selected in the parameters rather than the company the user is “in”?

Hi, Can someone help explain the behavior below? When creating a Weekly Time Crew Entry manually under Time Activities, the first line always has a blank Union Local value. However, when I add subsequent lines, the Union Local field is automatically populated even before an employee is selected.Could you please advise where the Union Local value is being pulled from in this scenario? My expectation is that the Union Local should remain blank until an employee is selected, and then it should be populated based on the Union Local setting on the employee record.Any insight into the current logic or source of this value would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi everyone,Has anyone created an Import Scenario that imports a supplier and multiple supplier locations together? The customer has suppliers with multiple locations. Currently, they use separate Import Scenarios to import the supplier locations. This means they must create the supplier first and then run another Import Scenario to add the locations. The desired outcome is to create the supplier and all associated locations together through a single Import Scenario. Please let me know if anyone has implemented something similar.Regards

I am working on a Shopify integration involving template items and their child stock items. The customer maintains Color and Size as product attributes. In addition, they use a Shopify color metafield for business verification. This metafield is configured as a single-choice text field with a predefined drop-down list, allowing the user to select one color.I created a corresponding attribute in Acumatica and tested both Combo and Multi Select Combo control types. I also configured entity mapping to export the attribute value from Acumatica to the Shopify metafield.

Hi,We have a client using Production Orders who also tracks production costs against Projects. They have a unique accounting requirement where the WIP Account and WIP Production Order Variance Account on the Production Order are configured to use the same GL account. The issue occurs when the Production Order is completed/closed. Acumatica reverses the Production Order costs from the Project and posts the amount to the same COGS account, but the offsetting entry is posted to the Non-Project (X) Project. As a result, the cost is no longer reflected against the original Project as desired. One solution I’m considering is creating a Generic Inquiry, Import Scenario, and Business Event to automatically generate a reclassification that moves the COGS amount back to the appropriate Project once the Production Order is completed.Has anyone encountered a similar requirement or found another way to handle this using standard Acumatica configuration? I’d be interested to hear if there is a cleaner

I have a customer with multiple branches. When I run the P&L and I click on the groups button, all the branches and consolidated reports look the same except one branch. One branch is not totaling the Net Income (Loss) and there is some missing formatting at the bottom of the report. Does anyone have any ideas why just one branch is not working the same as the rest of the branches?

Hello everyone,I’m facing a very disturbing issue regarding modern UI. I have a really basic processing screen, to mass update Matrix Items. When trying to access this screen I have the following error :   The view [Blank] doesn’t exist. Here are the stack traces :  I don’t have this error on my local instance, just on the customer’s one.Error seems to be realted to the note process, I tried so many configuration but I can’t make things work. If I go to “Applay updates”, and press the “Reset Caches” Action, everything MIGHT work, until the next publication. I even tried changing the screenID since there seems to be some corrupted info stored in some cache, but it didn’t solve anything. I don’t understand why at all… Does anyone have any idea? Attached you’ll find : -My graph (as a txt)-The DACs used in the screen. (as a txt).-My Modern UI files and my classic UI files in the customization project. If you need any other information, please ask. Have a great day.

I can publish with cleanup if I go into every single project and select from the menu but is there a way to do it from the Customization projects page?

Hi,I am creating template items in Acumatica using the bidirectional Shopify sync. However, when importing a new template item from Shopify, the Shopify tags are not being imported as Sales Categories in Acumatica. Is there an option or mapping available to import Shopify tags into Acumatica Sales Categories? If this is supported, could you please advise on the required configuration?

We are currently on 25R2, still utilizing Classic UI, and have noticed the last couple of weeks that when we create an activity it is not automatically reflecting in the Activity tab. We either have to manually refresh or click to another tab and go back. At first, we thought this was an issue with Edge, as I had no issues when I tested in Firefox or Chrome. However, some users experience issues in Chrome and it works fine for them in Edge. Is anyone else experiencing this, or have suggestions on how this can be fixed? We have already cleared browser histories and caches, reset the Acumatica cache, and restarted the application. Nothing we’ve tried is fixing the inconsistencies.

I thought I would be clever with a synchronization project. I need to know when the last time I synced the data in a INSiteStatusByCostCenter record. So I created a separate table called INSiteStatusByCostCenterTPSync. This is the DAC: [Serializable] [PXTable(typeof(INSiteStatusByCostCenter.inventoryID), typeof(INSiteStatusByCostCenter.subItemID), typeof(INSiteStatusByCostCenter.siteID), typeof(INSiteStatusByCostCenter.costCenterID), IsOptional = true)] public class INSiteStatusByCostCenterTPSync : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.IN.INSiteStatusByCostCenter> { #region InventoryID [PXDBInt(IsKey = true)] public virtual Int32? InventoryID { get; set; } public abstract class inventoryID : BqlInt.Field<inventoryID> { } #endregion #region SubItemID [PXDBInt(IsKey = true)] public virtual Int32? SubItemID { get; set; } public abstract class subItemID : BqlInt.Field<subItemID> { } #endregion #region SiteID [PXDBInt(IsKey = true)] public
