Solved

We imported Amazon orders which invoiced and completed, but then noticed the dates were incorrect and not aligned to the proper sales date.  We need to delete all of them and then re-import with the proper dates.  We have reversed the invoice and created a credit memo as stated in the community, but are still unable to delete the orders so our sales are all skewed.  There is an notification that because of the order not actually having a shipment we can’t delete it.   This is quite urgent so any assistance is really appreciated.  Is there a way to move the ship date out so that it is not completed and then remove the record?  Or go into the data and remove it directly?   This is the error:  @Irina do you know of a solution or someone at Acumatica that can assist?

Hi Guys,I have a grid ,in that grid not showing all  records.Main aim is Increase the grid height dynamically ,whenever adding the new rows. No need Scrolling and Pagination.ex:- I am adding 10 records ,here 5 visible on screen 5 not showing!!

Hi all. If the financial period of an AR Inoive is wrong, and the invoice has been paid by customer, is there any way to change the wrong period, except reversing all the related documents and then generating new ones? Thanks!

I know that I can do what I want with custom fields but I’m wondering if there’s a way I can do this with a dataview.I’ve added Contract Item to Cases. The Contract Item is one of the contract detail items based on the Case Contract field. No problems there.I want to display some field values from the Contract Detail record and from some attributes associated with the Contract Detail’s recurring item (which is a non-stock item record).I was starting with my graph extension and was going to add a simple data view along the lines of:  public PXSelect<ContractDetail      ,Where<ContractDetail.contractItemID          ,Equal<Current<CRCase.usrContractItemID>>          ,And<ContractDetail.contractID            ,Equal<Current<CRCase.contractID>>          >      >      >  CurrentContractItem; But CRCase doesn’t contain usrContractItemID since that field comes from my DAC extension. Can I create a data view this way in my graph extension?  Or do I have to

I had previously asked how to use workflows to create an import from an inquiry. I now have that working, except instead of importing the rows as line items into one document, each row is making it’s own document with a single line item.I tried to Google the solution, but the solution says to set the order number as a static value that will be converted by the system to the auto-number. This value needs to be the same for all the rows. My inquiry is driven by a container number. All the rows have that value and it will be exactly the same. So in my import, my order number is the container number. The output files are auto-numbered, but should only be one document, not 5 or 6 documents with a single line.I have attached my import scenario here for ease of use. Also below is a link to the previous discussion.

Does anyone know the best way to join an SOLine to the PO Link?  Im looking to add this information into a report but can’t find the best way to join the information.  See my screen shot.

Hello,Is it possible to pay invoices for a project in one branch, out of another branch, or would you have to do an Intercompany transfer? If this is possible, can you pay out one invoice from several different branches by entering the invoice one time, or would you have to enter it separately for each branch? Appreciate your input!Barbie

This is a nitpick, since the Acumatica help correctly lists the available operating systems for running Acumatica 2021 R2 (including Win Server 2019). However, in the setup instructions for running Acumatica on Amazon EC2 (“Installing Acumatica ERP on Amazon Web Services”), under “To Launch an Amazon EC2 Instance”…..On the Select an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) page, select the Windows Server 2012 Base 64-bit AMI.Since Win Server 2012 is officially end of life about a year from now, it seems like this probably shouldn’t be the default suggestion for running Acumatica, unless I’m missing something.

I am wondering if anyone has had any luck increasing the decimal length higher than 6 (Acumatic's OOB limit)?

Hi I have this issue in invoices when I tried release from hold and change the records, and I don’t know how to resolve this. The version of acumatica is  20.216.0024 R2please help me.Thnk u.

hi, hoping someone can help me figure out how to resolve this issue  We created a new action button in customer screen, on that button action, we are showing user a popup with input control to enter some value and two button either to Submit the data or to Cancel. The issue is, we are only able to get the value on Submit button action if the user tabs out after entering the value (or clicks out of the input field before clicking on submit. If  the  user doesn’t hit tab (or click out) then this entered value is not getting passed with the submission. We also have commit changes for the input control. Below is sample code.Any help would be much appreciated. ```<px:PXSmartPanel runat="server" Height="150px" Width="400px" ID="PXSmartPanel" LoadOnDemand="True" AutoRepaint="True" ShowAfterLoad="True" CaptionVisible="True" Caption="Apply Tiara Points" Key="Filter">        <px:PXFormView runat="server" ID="PXFormViewFilter" Width="100%" DataSourceID="ds" DataMember="Filter">

Hello Everyone,I have created a custom screen and also created WIKI article, but when I click on the HELP (?) button on my custom screen, it is not opening the Wiki article of that screen, instead it is opening the root file of the Wiki.

I am attempting to create new locations using the REST Web-services Endpoint. I want to create a new location however I don't have the “CustomerID” for the location I am creating. Rather I have the Customer NoteID which is the ID returned from the Get request against the customer endpoint. Is it possible to use the unique customer identifier vs the companyID ?

Hello everyone,I need some advice for my inventory report..I need to compare inventory values between BigCommerce and Acumatica to make sure I see any discrepancies. The problem is that in BigCommerce I see the parent SKU... not the child SKUs that the acumatica is presenting. So if I saw this in Acumatica:01-10-0001-LG-BK-NP-C = 101-10-0001-LG-CH-NP-C = 001-10-0001-LG-DCB-NP-C = 1201-10-0001-LG-TO-NP-C = 501-10-0001-MD-BK-NP-C = 101-10-0001-MD-CH-NP-C = 1In BigCommerce it would show this:01-10-0001 = 20So I need the data from Acumatica that matches the data in that CSV from BigCommerce. I need some sort of automated report that is fairly straightforward to run that will show me the available inventory for in Acumatica and also the Inventory for the variations in BigCommerce.Any idea how I can aggregate this?Thank you.-Bernadeth

Newbie question here.  We are currently in the process of having our Acumatica partner build our database.  I’m looking at the P&L report and the format seems weird to me.  Below is an example.  I’m definitely not used to, and do not like, that their is a line amount for the the GL account and then additional lines amounts for each subaccount, which results in duplicate line item amounts.  What I should be able to see is what is in the second screenshot (from our current accounting system).  Our partner tells us there is no way to format the report in Acumatica in the same was it’s formatted in our current accounting system.  Can someone tell me if that is true?  Because the way it looks now seems very illogical.

I had a question about the purchasing reports.  Is there a way to run a report that details all the purchase orders with the PO #, amount, date, etc, as well as who approved the purchase order? I was able to run a PO report that shows the #, amount, date, etc but I cannot find a way to run a report or modify the report to include the individual who approved the PO.  Is this possible to see in one of the reports?

Is there a way to opt out of using the ellipsis button during navigation?  The action tab was replaced during upgrade which is confusing.

Hello,Unfortunately one of our users has deleted the 2022 budget. Is there any way to restore this other than a snapshot restore? Our latest one is from before the bulk of the work was done. Appreciate any help anyone can offer!

We have a bunch of orders that are not flowing into Acumatica from our Shopify instance.  Is there a way for me to import/upload an excel file with the inforamtion to create the order so we can track the sales?

Hi Anyone know that we can link the below P&L in financial report page to Dashboard , which mean we can view the below information in dashboard through a link or other method?

I’m new to business events and was wondering if the following is even possible.I want to add a business event to take an inquiry and upload it as a new document (sales order of type TR). Not to edit an existing one, which is the use-case I keep seeing online.I’m creating Sales Orders of type TR from Purchase Order data. Here’s the hooks:The inquiry MUST have a user defined parameter (container number)I then want my user hit some kind of button to trigger the upload from the data that now exists in the inquiry. Is this possible?
