We imported Amazon orders which invoiced and completed, but then noticed the dates were incorrect and not aligned to the proper sales date.  We need to delete all of them and then re-import with the proper dates.  We have reversed the invoice and created a credit memo as stated in the community, but are still unable to delete the orders so our sales are all skewed.  There is an notification that because of the order not actually having a shipment we can’t delete it.   This is quite urgent so any assistance is really appreciated.  Is there a way to move the ship date out so that it is not completed and then remove the record?  Or go into the data and remove it directly?

This is the error:

@Irina do you know of a solution or someone at Acumatica that can assist?

Hi @annekseymour  You can not delete sales orders once they are invoiced. In this case, you also created credit memos, so those are not able to be deleted either. Have you tried to correct the invoice?

Hi @kbeatty21  we did try, but we are not given that option unfortunately.  Is there a way that Acumatica can actually delete the information?

HI @annekseymour  You can have your VAR reach out to Acumatica directly. They usually do not like to delete orders as it interferes with many tables in the system.

Hello @annekseymour

Sorry for the late reply. I see your Partner have filed a case with us which is the best solution in such situations.

Please note that since resolving your issue requires data manipulation that should be done on a database level, it is out of the standard Acumatica support.
