Hi,I am to new to Acumatica. We have an A/P approval workflow configured based on project accountants and project managers assigned to a project. However, A/P invoices are showing up to be approved for users that are not one of the approvers under Data views in Vendor Documents to Approve. How can I configure this so the invoices not are not assigned to the approver show up on the list. Thank you,

Hoping someone can see what I’m doing wrong here.  I have added a Category field to the License Types Screen (FS200900) and am trying to get it to populate Read-only to the License Screen (FS201000). I have tried this a number of ways but can’t get it to work.  Here is my latest attempt which gives me an error  “Error: Cannot create the ctl00_phF_form_CstPXSelector1 control. The PXSelector attribute is missing for the UsrLicenseCategory field.”namespace PX.Objects.FS{ public class FSLicenseTypeExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.FS.FSLicenseType> { #region UsrLicenseCategory [PXDBString(10)] [PXUIField(DisplayName="Category")] [PXStringList(new string[] {"C", "V", "O"}, new string[] { "Credential Service","Vaccine", "Other"})] public virtual string UsrLicenseCategory { get; set; } public abstract class usrLicenseCategory : PX.Data.BQL.BqlString.Field<usrLicenseCategory> { } #endregion }}namespace PX.Objects.FS{ public class FSLicenseExt : PXCacheExtens

Hello. Ive created general inquiry with these fields and made push notification with webhook, so it sends selected info to my website when the customer is changed. But it sends a notification ONLY if i change account address section. If I change primary contact or additional account info it doesnt send, but inquiry contains all of this information. Wat should I do for the notification to be sent? Thanks.

I have a client that is looking to find a way to charge PTO cost as it is accrued to the various projects. I’m interested to see if anyone has seen this before?

I just added a few fields to a custom page.  The database is correctly updated.  The project compiles and publishes, and WORKS fine.  I verified the ASPX datamembers exist in the graph.  Data is being saved to the fields.  When I try to edit the screen in the Project Editor, when I click the screen number I get the error shown below. The fact that the page works and data is saved seems to me like the page is fine. This is the kind of error that could waste hours trying to resolve.  I think it is something buggy in the project editor.I looked at the aspx page.  It looks fine too.  Before I start mucking up my project by removing the screen and re-adding it etc., does anyone know a way to fix this?  This has happened to me in the past and I ended up starting with a brand new project and recreating the screen from scratch.  I’d rather not do that. Thanks,Joe

Hi Everyone, I’d like to use the Date-Relative Filter Clause: “@WeekStart-1” and “WeekEnd-1” so that I can have this report distributed via email weekly with the previous week’s shipments. The additional filtering condition does not let me enter anything but a hard-coded date. I’ve looked in report designer “build schema” but couldn’t find anything obvious that is casting this field as requiring a hard-coded date value. The documentation only references this pane in context of the “Behavior > ViewerFieldsMode” property. I have it set to MergeWithUsedPerhaps Advanced Filters can be enabled in the Report designer and I missed it? Thank you,

Hi,I am new to Acumatica. How can we create a pop-up note to remain static and not disappear after a vendor is selected so all the users can see it in the Bill & Adjustments Screen while it goes through the A/P approval workflow we have created. I know some customizations might be needed. Or if there are any other suggestions please let me know? Here is an screenshot of the pop note under Vendors.

I am trying to export a full part list with quantities for a specific BOM to excel that we can easily compare with our SolidWorks BOM to ensure they match on a new product line. Anyone have a helpful idea to do so without exporting each OP ID and phantom BOM individually and then combining into one excel spreadsheet?

Im sorry for asking too many questions, but this system’s documentation is the most poor ive ever faced.Im trying to update customer via REST API and request stucks, loads for infinite and does nothing. The URL and data array and customer details are below. Wat im doing wrong? Thanks.

Hi guysI need two clarifications on two scenarios 1)What’s the meaning of Plus sign on the row and in that grid “Seq” number is autonumbering some times it’s skipping row’s.2)And when I clicking on next > record on Parent grid it’s not fetching the  2nd record and its Holding  1st record onlyTIA

Hello,We recently had the unpleasant surprise of discovering that the default behavior of the Sales Prices Inquiry screen and web service has changed between 2020 R1 and 2021 R1.We used to query the API for all sales prices with no EffectiveAsOf date specified, and would get back all prices for all Effective Dates, including expired prices. Now, all API requests default to returning only prices that are EffectiveAsOf the current date.We whipped up an emergency GI to serve this purpose, but I would prefer to use the built in Sales Prices Inquiry, if possible. Is there a way we can get the old behavior back? I have tried API requests with no EffectiveAsOf date, a null EffectiveAsOf date, and an empty string, but it always comes back with today’s date in the response, and prices missing. Thanks in advance for any insight.

Hi. Is anyone can give me an advice on how to get customer specific pricing out of Acumatica via API?

We would like to change the warning message when changing the class of a customer.  I found the message is defined as a public const in PX.Objects\AR\Descriptor\Messages.cs but we are not on-prem so I’m not sure if it’s possible to change it.Is there a way for us to override this particular message? Thanks for any help, Phil

Good morning, I thought I would reach out to see if anyone is manually processing Amazon payments, and specifically how are you handling the Monthly Reserve withholding and subsequent release in the following month? Since each has an impact on the payment amount how are you applying those to payments?

I was doing some checks on space usage this morning - we are on a SaaS model and have purchased a set amount of storage space.I was wondering what the MLEvent table records?  Just under 10% of our current data storage is used up by this table.

The auditors would like a printout of the audit history.  We can see the changes through Audit history, but there is no way to send a report to auditors for their files.

Dear all,I’m using acumatica version 21.117.0037. My requirement is to create a custom screen like “Inventory Allocation Details (IN402000). In the grid of that screen, the DAC used to create the data member is “InventoryAllocDetEnqResult” which is a non-existent table. The same [PXFilterable] view (ResultRecords) as in “InventoryAllocDetEnq” BLC was created in custom entry page, but when assigning the view for the data member of custom class, server error occurs. Can anyone help me to create a view for this kind of scenario?

Hi All,I need to add a filter to the “Approve Time Activities” (EP507010) so that only records where the Approve = true/false show, based on an additional custom checkbox in the filter section called "Approve". I tried to override the filter using “AddFilters” and “AddCommonFilters” methods, but it is not working. Could you please help me on this. Regards,Ramya

Hello,Implementing Acumatica. We have a scenario as follows:Sales reps can create SO only for a few order types.Customer Service can create SOs for all order types. Is there a way in Acumatica to restrict what SO types are available based on a user id or user role?

How can we access Pick, pack and ship screen I cannot see that in my site.

I was looking at various ways to group customers by local truck route. We have our own fleet of trucks, and various local routes that service different customers. I would like a way to organize customers based on which truck route they belong to.It seems that there is a default Ship Via option for Customer Class, but this doesn’t seem like the best way to organize customers by class (for example, the default credit terms for a customer have nothing to do with which truck route they are on).Maybe there should be a Customer Shipping class added to Acumatica for this purpose? Does anyone have any ideas for how to do what I want without using the Customer Class for this?

Any ideas on where to look first to reconcile end of month inventory to GL balance?
