I want to allow a user to post Inventory Issues or Inventory Receipts up to $5,000.If the total entry is over $5,000, I want the user to be able to save the entry but not release it. I want any entries over the set threshold to be routed somewhere else for approval/release.I don’t have any experience with approvals in Acumatica, so if this is doable, where do I start?

When I try logging into Open University, I get, ‘Sorry, that email address is already used!’  I even tried changing the password, and that’s still what I get.  What’s wrong?

Has Acumatica had any experience with project management firms using the product (more specifically architect project managers for the retail shopping centers) I.e. Walmart, K-Mart etc. Important that Payroll (timecards) is linked to the project management system. So that automation can be built in and give them a true project position under/over at any given time (without having to account for payrolls in a third party system and have projects looking healthy until pays are factored in)High volume projects +350 per year & 100 running at any given time.

Dear All,Is it possible to import excel file (Sales orders/ Shipment/ AR Invoice) by the Import Scenario function?Or there are any way to delete multiple?Thank you for your support,Yên Chi

I am developing what I think should be a pretty straightforward Sales Order form. For the transaction lines, I would like to have a grid format where there is a border around each cell. This works fine if I put a border around each cell in the detailSection1 part of the form (I have adapted this from SO641010.rpx… the out of the box Sales Order printed form for Acumatica). When I preview this in Report Designer, I get my grid with borders and everything is good. However, if I output to PDF, then only some of my vertical borders appear, and no horizontal borders around each cell.Preview in Report Designer (or in Acumatica with PDF Preview disabled)... Output in PDF Format… grid lines are basically gone I have seen some previous hand wringing about this in other posts. I don’t need this to work perfect (it obviously doesn’t), but I just need A way to do this. If it involves a specific configuration for each individual cell, so be it. But can someone demonstrate a working way to create a

We have created two attributes on projects to use for selecting and filtering reports. I have created a Unit Set for use with these reports and have tried to link to a data source that will pull from the project attribute list in the multi select set of values for the attribute.   I can find no way to link the values in the list associated with the attribute to the report.  Are there Acumatica resources that can be contracted with to create custom reports?

Hi, I first want to create a GI to show the top selling stock items at the top of the inquiry to the lowest selling items at the bottom of the screen. What would be the condition for this GI? I have attached a Generic Template that will be modified to reflect this. Let me know. After this, I will create a dashboard. i don’t need assistance for this now.  Thank you,Frances Pantelidakis

I have a commitment created in Procore, synced to Acumatica, and released. Let’s say it’s for $10,000 with 10% retainage or $1,000.We need to issue a change order and reduce the commitment value to $500. I’m getting an error when trying to release the change order:“The change order cannot be released because the line total of the Subcontract will go negative.”I believe the issue is that the retainage is excluded from the line total. So I cannot create a change order that will reduce the amount to less than $1000, which is the same value as the retainage on the original subcontract. Any ideas on how I can proceed? Thanks, Colm

Hi,My application releases payment via this eventIs there opportunity to return Checks and Payments item status from “Closed” to “Balanced” ?

My Client has customers that are setup with Prepay Terms. Some of the Customers sometimes are with Status: Credit Hold. While the customer is set as Credit Hold and Terms are Prepay, users create a Sales Orders. The order changes to Status On Hold until a Prepayment is entered, then they enter a prepayment/payment and SO Status changes to Open. So far, great… Customer is still on a Credit Status so the user goes and changes it to Active. All of the sudden I get a report that I have an issue in InItemPlan where the Hold field is True (t), while all other tables the status is False (f).There is a known issue and says it was fixed in Build 2021 R1 21.102.0070:  My client has 2021 R1- Build 21.106.0024 and I do have the GI that is provided on the the link above. I even created a Widget and Business Event to alert and send out an email when this happens. So far what I gathered after all the testing that was done, we think it has to do with SO Cache not refreshing or reading when customer sta

There is no difference in what way it could be done, I just need to gather all custom logic to one package. Acumatica version 2021R2thanks in advance

Does Acumatica use the base UOM, Unit of measure for safety stock, reorder point, min order qty, max order qty and lot size? In the stock item screen, should any of these take into account he purchasing unit of measure?Even if set on the VENDOR tab of stock items? I believe EVERYTHING should be in the base unit of measure, I just want to confirm.

Hi In this topic The sample custom screen and endpoint was provided by @jinin for my solution, which contains custom screen with user and password for input  in Acumatica interface I need to add one more field here for input : URL. How it should be done in proper way ?I opened custom screenTried to add new field called usrURLSuccessfully published without errors, after that, this field  appeared at endpoint selector The thing about which I am worried about is this tab  : Data Access CustomEndpoint.FilterIt appeared only after I added new filed, am I doing something wrong ? Will it cause some troubles ?

I have a processing screen to get data from an Acumatica table and do gyrations and put data into a custom table.  I don’t need to select any records from a filter results.  I just want to use the filters on the screen to “do the work” on all records returned by the filter.I originally had a button under the End Date that would fire a custom action.  In order to make this a schedulable process, I THINK I needed to do it as a processing screen.So...I tried to re-do the screen.Since I am pulling data from the AuditHistory table, there is no “Select checkbox” to select on the processing screen.  Is my delegate not firing because there is no Select checkbox available in the filter results? Is there a way to use a PXFilterProcessing without a list of records with a Select checkbox? This is what my screen looks like after removing the Get Report Data button and making it a processall button on the top of the screen. This is the constructor that sets up the processing button.public QTCAuditRepo

I have a processing screen that pulls records based on a date range.          public PXFilteredProcessing<AuditHistory, QTCAuditHistoryReportFilter,             Where<AuditHistory.screenID.IsEqual<QTCAuditHistoryReportFilter.screenID.FromCurrent>.                And<AuditHistory.changeDate.IsBetween<QTCAuditHistoryReportFilter.startDate.FromCurrent, QTCAuditHistoryReportFilter.endDate.FromCurrent>>>> RecordsToProcess; The filter screen looks like this. The problem is that if there is a record in the AuditHistory table with a change date of2022-07-06 21:44:08.583 it won’t get selected.  I need my selector to just look for the DATE portion and ignore the time portion.  Is there something I can do in my selector to just use the Date portion?

Hi everyone. May I ask how I can have qty on hand in my inventory using my test account in acumatica?

Hi,In this topic The sample custom screen and endpoint was provided by @jinin for my solution, which contains custom screen with user and password for input  in Acumatica interface So, I have custom form with fieldsI need password value to be hidden same as at login tabWhat actions at customization screen must be done for that ?Acumatica version 2021R2thanks in advance

Hi, I have a requirement where some validations are to occur once the inventory ID field is updated in the Requisitions screen. The logic is based on values taken from custom fields in a custom form and synced with user defined field in Summary area of requisition form and line item’s inventory ID. The logic is attached but the warning and error messages are not executed. Please let me know how to solve this issue.Custom Form Record Validated By Referencing these 2 Fields protected virtual void RQRequisitionLine_InventoryID_FieldUpdated(PXCache cache, PXFieldUpdatedEventArgs e, PXFieldUpdated InvokeBaseHandler) { InvokeBaseHandler?.Invoke(cache, e); RQRequisitionLine rowLine = (RQRequisitionLine)e.Row; if (rowLine == null) return; // Get current Requisition RQRequisition row = Base.Document.Current; // Find my custom field from Extension var ext = PXCache<RQRequisition>.GetExtension<RQRequisiti

I guess this is a question more for Acumatica’s product team, but if anyone has encountered this scenario before, please enlighten me as well.Right now in Acumatica, Gift Card is a non-stock item. So when a gift card is purchased in Shopify, the Sales Order is synced to Acumatica with the non-stock item just like a normal Sales Order, so how do we treat the gift card liability? For example, when you sell a gift card to the customer, if you have not redeemed the gift card, the gift card amount is still a liability, until the customer redeems it, then it goes to Sales. But if we treat it as a non-stock item on the Sales Order, it goes straight into Gift Card sales. Is treating a giftcard sale straight away as a sale instead of a liability a correct way to handle it?
