Entering Open University

When I try logging into Open University, I get, ‘Sorry, that email address is already used!’  I even tried changing the password, and that’s still what I get.  What’s wrong?

Hi @BSPTim 

I would suggest putting in a support ticket with Acumatica to assist with this. 

If you do not have access to do so, ask your partner to help.
