Our shipments in Acumatica are updating our BigCommerce sales order to a status of shipped.  If we cancel the order in Acumatica can the sales order sync the BigCommerce sales order to cancelled?

We want to create a pop-up note for a customer on the SO screen if ever today is > { a custom date/time field value tracking a tax expiration date}. Is this possible? If not, it would even be beneficial to add the field value to the Pop-Up note itself.Could we have the pop-up note display the value of the custom date/time field, for example? That would be acceptable. Is this a matter of determining the correct bQL when creating the pop-up note? Here are the properties: Here’s a version of the note showing where I’d like to see the field value.  Open to ideas!Thank you.

Hello. Im trying to make GI getting Qty on hand from warehouseWat tables and fields should I use for this GI?Thanks.

On the default Sales Order print out the Quantity, Price and Discount Percent field prints out to 4 or more decimal places.  Example How do i modify the format in the Report Designer to only Print 2 decimal places. So the qty reads  1.00, price reads as 17,198.00 and disc pct reads 3.43%   I am assuming i change this in the Appearance row for each field.  I can not get the correct Syntax.  Example below is what is in there by default.

Hi,I am trying to create a Cash Sale in the SalesInvoice rest api endpoint "entity/Default/18.200.001/SalesInvoice” and it is giving out the error "The system failed to commit the CurrentDocument row." I tried removing/adding fields but it doesn't seem to work. Can anyone help see what is missing? I basically did a GET call to get an existing record and basically trying to  create the same Cash Sale with another RefNumber.{       "rowNumber": 1,     "Amount": {        "value": 20.0000    },    "Balance": {        "value": 0.0000    },    "CashDiscount": {        "value": 0.0000    },    "CreditHold": {        "value": false    },    "Currency": {        "value": "USD"    },    "CustomerID": {        "value": "ABB001"    },    "CustomerOrder": {},    "Date": {        "value": "2022-07-14T00:00:00+00:00"    },       "Details": [        {                        "rowNumber": 1,                       "Amount": {                "value": 20.0000            },            "BranchID": {

I’m not sure if this needs a customization or is possible without.  We have carrier labels generated as PDF files and at the moment the user has to click confirm shipment and then print label from the action menu at the top to download the file and then print it.  Alternatively they have to go to packages and click the attachment icon there and then the link in the files to download and print the label.We would very much like to streamline this process, ideally having it automatically bring up the generated pdf file so the user can just click print.Is this possible via built in means or does it require a customization? Thanks, Phil

Hi Team,I am trying to sync note_attributes value through mapping but it is taking first attribute value and I want to have second attribute value. Can anyone please suggest how we can achieve this, please find details info below:note_attributes value in Shopify order json (shared full order json in attached text file)."note_attributes": [      {        "name": "Language",        "value": "en"      },      {        "name": "PO #",        "value": "PO number test"      }    ]Mapping used in Acumatica to sync the value under Customer Order Number field.Getting first attribute value but want to have second attribute (PO #) value.

Hi All, How can I restrict the visibility of Purchase orders only to the people of the same work group. meaning if the Approvers of other departments log in they don’t see the full list. and users also see what is relevant to their department. I have setup Work groups ( in Company tree) but I cannot see how I can filter it in GI. Thanks for your help in advance. Ghazal

Hello,I’m writing a very basic report in the report designer to be used as a subreport later.It is one table with 2 values on the report in text boxes.I get the following when I click “preview”

Hi All - I'm really struggling with a seemingly simple GI. I have the POLine table and I want to get the most recent unit cost for each inventory item. For example, in the filtered result below, I would like only show the circled results.   When I group by InventoryID and apply either a aggregate Max on the order date field or a sort by date, I get the most recent date but I don't get the correct unit cost associated with that PO date. Instead, the cost is a sum of all aggregated records. I can’t use any of the aggregate tools on the unit cost (max, min, avg, etc.) because cost can go up and down - I want the most recent cost. How can I just get the unit cost associated with the most recent record date? Is there any way to do this within a GI? Any help would be greatly appreciate! Best,Amit

Has anyone successfully created an import scenario to import Route Service Contract Schedules?  The screen is available for import, however I can’t get the import to execute successfully even with the minimum of options defined.Thanks,Michelle

I have 4 companies, i want 3 companies to share 1 list and 4th company to have a separate list, which should not be visible to the first 3.I don’t want to create user roles for it or restriction groups.Is there any other way i can achieve it?Thank you.

Hi everyone.We have the goal in our BigCommerce store to have a multiple small sales order and have it in one shipment so they can avail the free shipping level we have. The customer wants to have their: Multiple Orders - One Shipment - Bill them separatelyIs it possible in acumatica? Thank you in advance.

Anyone come across this before…When creating a purchase order for a project it updates the commitments as expected, when the PO is receipted in, it updates the actual expense as expected. However when you create the AP bill which has a different amount than the original PO (the vendor has discounted the invoice), the actual amount on the project remains unchanged.Example PO raised for £100 linked to Project1 and Task 1 Commitments on the Cost budget tab and the commitments tab on Project1 are updated with £100 (as expected) The stock is receipted in (the vendor has not sent an invoice at this point), on Project1 on the cost budget tab and on the summary at the top the actual expense is updated with the £100 from the PO (as expected). The vendor now has sent the invoice with a 10% discount and the AP bill is created from the purchase receipt and the discount is added so the AP bill total = £90. When the AP bill is released it does not correct the amount on Project1. Project1 expense = £

How do I make widgets I have in Acumatica show up in the Acumatica Mobile App?  If it matters, most of my widgets are derived from pivot tables.

Looking around our production Acumatica instance, I noticed that a “Stripe Integration” item is checked in the “Activate License” screen. I can’t seem to find any documentation on what this could be. Perhaps there will be a built-in plugin for Stripe credit card processing. Does anyone know what feature this is related to?

Hi,I have a question is there a way when importing open sales orders into Acumatica there is a formula that can pull in the customer number in the system without having to add it to the spreadsheet that is being imported?Second is there a way to automate files to be uploaded into the Data Provider from a workstation to Acumatica? Let me know. Thanks, Frances Pantelidakis

I wanted to set the default button in the Messagebox to be NO but apparently can’t do that.  As a workaround I need to override the following:protected virtual void Customer_CustomerClassID_FieldVerifying(PXCache cache, PXFieldVerifyingEventArgs e) { Customer row = (Customer)e.Row; CustomerClass cc = (CustomerClass)PXSelectorAttribute.Select<Customer.customerClassID>(cache, row, e.NewValue); this.doCopyClassSettings = false; if (cc != null) { this.doCopyClassSettings = true; if (cache.GetStatus(row) != PXEntryStatus.Inserted) { if (BAccount.Ask(Messages.Warning, Messages.CustomerClassChangeWarning, MessageButtons.YesNo) == WebDialogResult.No) { this.doCopyClassSettings = false; } } } }I have changed the warning message by adding a translation for the warning message as by default we want YES to only change the class ID and nothing else. How do I go about overriding the code to match?  I only want to change the if statement to action on W

I have a custom field on the inventory item called usrBuyerPlanner. I want to show that data in my MRP Display (AM400000) I have created a custom filed here Called usrBPCode and modified the attributes like so. [PXDBString][PXUIField(DisplayName="Buyer Planner")][PXFormula(typeof(Selector<AMRPDetailExt.usrBPCode, InventoryItemExt.usrBuyerPlanner>))]However it does not appear to be pulling in the BPcode from the item. Any thoughts?
