Hello,    For ARBalance, we have a table/DAC named “ARBalance”, it already sum the result group by customer and branch.     However, for APbalance, it seems we don’t have a talbe/DAC like that.  We have a DAC called “VendorSumary”, but it sum the vendor balance up regardless the branches.     Do we have a DAC like “ARBalance” which I can use directly. Or I have to count per every open AP doc?

hi Anyone can advise the process flow in Acumatica regarding customer loan or internal loan? Thank you!

Hello, I know using View.WhereAnd<> we can ammend the where statements and add a new condition like as i.e.selectDetails.WhereAnd<Where<PMCostProjectionLine.taskID, Equal<Current<CostProjectionFilter.taskID>>>>();I was wondering is there a way to remove Where Condition(s) on the fly as well? Can we reset the Where statements added to the View Query on the fly to the default state before where statements amended?

Hello,    I am looking for a way to disable SO entering just for customers which are past due or over credit limits. Currently, the system can put SO on credit hold after the solines have been placed. I am looking for a way to stop the soline entering just after customer has been chosen.   I am poor of coding, so is there a way to do it without coding. I am thinking of approval workflow and I will try that. If someone could give me a better/easier way to do that, I will be appreciated.

I am trying to exclude cancelled items.  Report works well but I do not seem to be able to exclude cancelled records.  I believe I have tried everything I could think of.  I tried using single quotes and double quotes around the word “canceled” and I cannot get this to work.  All I can think of is that Acumatica actually stores cancelled as something other than the actual word?Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks!

Why does the Invoice for the 100pcs on IN0563852 shows a sell price of $271.23, but when you print the invoice the price comes in at $135.62? It is cutting the price in half. Does anyone know why?

Hi Team, Recently, I tried to bill a customer invoice for the time card hours spent by the employees who are working on the specific project. Once the employees released the time card after approval, I could able to see the activities in the “activities” tab in the project but in the “cost budget” tab i couldn’t able to see the actual hours and amount. As per the help document, it shows once the time card gets released, the actual hours and amount will be updated.  If I click on “Run project billing”, I could able to see the proforma invoice creation. My concern here is about the “cost budget” tab. And also in the “Balances” tab, the project labor balances are not getting updated. After the invoice is released, I could able to see the details in the “Revenue Budget” tab but no balances gets updated in the “Cost Budget”. Is anything missing in the settings? Awaiting for your support on this. Thanks,Nithya

I am working on the ACH Payment export and keep getting a few errors. From what I can tell, this is probably because the default export scenario uses some older table names. I went through and fixed a few that I saw but the others I am not sure how to correct since the fields aren’t available in the internal fields list. Below are some of the main errors I am seeing. Does anyone have any thoughts?

When upgrading to 2021 R2 we lost the ability to send a PO to multiple email addresses of the same vendor. The email addresses are set up with a ; and a space between them, but it fails to send it to the second email. In 2019 R2 it did work. The notification template has ((Document.VendorLocationID.DefContactID.EMail)) as the “to” email address.

Please, someone can help about these 2 new fields in requisition preference. I attached a file.Best regards
