It is about ContractItems Screen there is a field called SetupItem am trying to display in that selector all the items including KitItems i tried removing attributes and added new query but its not working outCan u please help me with the solutions  #region BaseItemID          [PXRemoveBaseAttribute(typeof(ContractInventoryItemAttribute))]        [PXMergeAttributes(Method = MergeMethod.Append)]         [Inventory]        [PXRestrictor(typeof(Where<InventoryItem.kitItem, NotEqual<boolTrue>>), null)]        //  [ContractInventoryItemAttributeNew]        [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Setup Item")]        public int? BaseItemID { get; set; }        #endregion

Wondering how to use the TestConnection on a few different screens,  the behavior seems the same for them all.    Filling in a form with valid data,  will then invoke TestConnection.   From the UI, sure the respective dialog box  appears.  But the test code, not sure how to handle it.   Meaning nearly immediately an exception is thrown. I’ve tried with:ctpSetup.TestConnection();ctpSetup.TestConnection(true,"Successfully Connected to ClickToPay Server");    While the exception text is: ex.Message == “Long operation failed, did not start or resulted in a redirect, timer control is not available”   Not sure how to invoke the TestConnection() as it is a void, could understand if it allowed chaining some kind of Wait, but as a void…  Sure there is something i’m missing…  Couldn’t find anything the the TestSDK.pdf, the discussion forms here,  or anywhere covering this…  Is there a better more specific forum for the TestSDK? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I have recently been working on the implementation of a customization publication project through the SOAP service type with api/ServiceGate.asmx, I encountered this problem when consuming the endpoint to upload the packages to the platform:  The method is:private static async Task PublishCustomizationPackage(string packageFilename, string packageName, string url, string username, string password) { BasicHttpBinding binding = new BasicHttpBinding { AllowCookies = true, Security = { Mode = BasicHttpSecurityMode.Transport }, OpenTimeout = new TimeSpan(0, 10, 0), SendTimeout = new TimeSpan(0, 10, 0), ReceiveTimeout = new TimeSpan(0, 10, 0) }; EndpointAddress address = new EndpointAddress(url + "/api/ServiceGate.asmx"); var gare = new ServiceGate.ServiceGateSoapClient(binding, address)) Co

Scenario:We want to create returns via REST APIs. We have published a customization package for this. Technically, this is how the customization package works:Creates a blank RC order Trigger SalesOrderAddInvoice action to add products from the invoices Update RC with relevant quantitiesThe above process works for the first RC.Any further RC creation from the same invoice throws the below error:"The return quantity exceeds the quantity available for return for the related invoice line <INVOICE_NBR>. Decrease the quantity in the current line, or in the corresponding line of another return document or documents <RETURN_NBR> that exist for the invoice line." This is the similar error we usually see on Acumatica UI when adding the same inventory from an invoice.  However, we can create the RC from the UI by modifying the quantity. Question:Is there anyway to fix this issue? We are on Acumatica 2022 R1. Regards

I’m trying to set up a one step reviewer.  A/P Clerk creates the bill and I approve it.  But they are still able to release the Bills on their own and I don’t know what I'm missing.

We want to come up with a way to receiving inspection without purchasing additional add-on software.By default, our PO receipt comes in with a status of “Hold”.This could work if the user ID that enters the receipt does not have rights to change the status. While assignment maps do allow you to select PO Receipts, status is not one of the criteria you can use for the rule. Has anyone any suggestions on how to keep the user who enters the receipt from being able to take the receipt off of hold?  We want the inspector to take it off of hold. Or any other way to process receiving inspection without buying more software?

We are trying to wave and batch pick thousands of shipments per day. The system will not allow us to print the labels until the shipments are confirmed, so we have a business event running that will autoconfirm the shipments after they have been picked. This allows the picker to print the labels and packing slips directly after they have picked. The issue is the confirmation takes 30-45 seconds or more per shipment. so if we are batch picking 25 orders with the same product on them, it takes 10 minutes until the labels can be printed. There has to be something we are missing here - confirming a single shipment manually only takes a couple of seconds. We are using out of the box Stamps.com integration.

Hi All, I have 2 questions:1:what is the best way to hide an option in a Bill type? removing a debit adj  2: What is the best way to hide a tab from a screen/ Form

Hello all, in my local instance (Acumatica 2021 R2 Build 9.009.0001.1 [21.209.0034]) I want to generate a prod-order. The checkbox "Mark for Production" is set. However, when executing "Create Prod. Orders" the error appears: "Error: An error occurred during processing of the field InventoryID: Object reference not set to an instance of an object...". What could be the reason for this? Thanks in advanceAnastasia

I ran into two issues while working on the UI of the form:I have created an Action but I can't seem to assign it to the new button that I've created. It appeared on toolbar instead as highlighted in red box as shown below: The code on the Action and Button: public PXAction<CashAccount> RefreshAvailability; [PXButton(CommitChanges = true)] [PXUIField(MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select, Enabled = true)] protected virtual void refreshLCAvailability() { //logic here }I inserted two Column controls to separate the fields into two columns as shown in the image below but the output is not like what I wanted it to be as shown in blue box in the first image. I feel like I'm missing something very simple but can't seem to figure it out.

Hello,Are there any docs for object model so I know how SalesOrder, ARAdjust and ARInvoice are connected?

I have been roped in to helping configure a current cloud install of Acumatica, and frankly, I’m out of my depth. I have a technical background, but have not used or configured any similar software.I thought that a good approach would be to start with a local installation on my Windows 10 Machine. I use it for video editing, so it’s quite well equipped. That would allow me to play with the company's data set safely in a sandbox. It would also allow me to work my way through Acumatica training guides (A150 looks like a good one to start with). My first question concerns which version of Acumatica to install. The company is using 2021 R2 (Build 21.210.0030), and the A150 lesson seems to need 2022 R1. Do I need to install both versions (one to run A150 lessons, and one to play with the company’s data set)?I decided to start with the download of ERP 2021 R2 Update 4 from the Acumatica site, but it seems to be an earlier version (21.204.0055) than the one we’re running in the cloud. I tried

I have a custom field on Cases which pulls the ‘Start date’ of the last created Appointment activity attached to the Case. It works splendidly, except that the time is wrong. It’s five hours different: The field definition is:namespace CaseWorkflow{ public class CaseWorkflow_CRCaseExt : PXCacheExtension<CRCase> { #region UsrAppointmentDate [PXDateAndTime(InputMask = "g", DisplayMask = "g")] [PXFormula(typeof(TimeZoneNow))] [PXDBScalar(typeof(SearchFor<CRActivity.startDate>. In< SelectFrom<CRActivity>. Where<CRActivity.refNoteID.IsEqual<CRCase.noteID>. And<CRActivity.type.IsEqual<appointmentType>>>. OrderBy<CRActivity.createdDateTime.Desc>>))] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Appointment Date", Enabled = false)] public virtual DateTime? UsrAppointmentDate { get; set; } public abstract class usrAppoint

I need to get logo sizes for billings, but I’m not sure where the size specs are.  Please help, thanks.

Is it possible to add scanners to Acumatica to the receiving process?

Hi Everyone,I’ve Created a new Extension DAC.in this DAC fields , I have to set the PXDefault values but, getting  null reference error when inserting time.can you please help me on this ,How to insert the Default value in DB? . this is my Extension DAC fields :- #region WcID        [WorkCenterIDField(Enabled = false)]        [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Work Center", Enabled = false)]        [PXDefault(typeof(Search<AMProdOper.wcID,          Where<AMProdOper.orderType, Equal<Current<AMClockItem.orderType>>,              And<AMProdOper.prodOrdID, Equal<Current<AMClockItem.prodOrdID>>,              And<AMProdOper.operationID, Equal<Current<AMClockItem.operationID>>>>>>))]        [PXFormula(typeof(Default<AMClockItem.operationID>))]        [PXReferentialIntegrityCheck]        public abstract class wcID : PX.Data.BQL.BqlString.Field<wcID> { }        protected string _WcID;        public virtual string WcID        {

Is this possible? I know there’s an option to attach a report, but we would like the ability to send an email on a schedule with an excel version of a generic inquiry. The inquiry has a fair amount of columns that wouldn’t fit on the report format, so it’s not an option to create a report version of the inquiry. Thanks!

Can any one please provide us Sales Demo Snapshot of Build 21.215.0016

HelloWe are trying to delete a Bank Transaction Rule that was setup for Bank Feeds. However, we are getting this error whenever we try to delete it.    We tried clearing the rule by selecting the transaction and also tried to uncheck the “Active” check box for the corresponding rule. Is there a procedure when it comes to deleting a Bank Transaction Rule? I believe we can make another rule and use it instead of this one, but it would be nice to just have a list of rules that we actually are using.  Thanks!!

I’m struggling to add a new currency field to my SOLine DAC. ErrorsWhen setting the value on any of the SOLines, if the value is >=100, then I get this error.CustomizationHere’s how I added the custom fields: I created two fields, a UsrSalesRepUnitCost and a UsrCurySalesRepUnitCost, with the following attributes in each. The “Database Scripts” section in the customization project window indicates the both of the custom fields are using the `DECIMAL(8, 4)` datatype, which I would assume would allow values as high as 9999.9999. QuestionsWhy am I getting an error indicating that the value 150.0000 is too large? Have I properly configured the two custom fields to accurately work for representing currency? I couldn’t find any resources in the documentation about creating custom currency fields.

Setup some stock skus to use related items (set the item class to NOT allow Negatives) and tried to assemble a kit that one of the components was at a qty 0, and had allow for substitutions but I’m not sure where I pick the substitution item to add to the Kit assemble BOM.  Is there something I’m missing in the process?   How do I process the substitution?

We have a web-hosted Acumatica instance (2021 R2).We use Tasks quite a bit, and we frequently set due dates and although we check the “Reminder” box and set a date, nothing happens. There’s no pop-up, no email, nothing. Essentially, the “Reminder” box is useless to us right now. Apart from setting up my own Business Event that will email people when triggered, I don’t understand how I can get the “Reminder” box to do anything? I found instructions to “Turn on Reminders” https://biofermenergy.acumatica.com/(W(1))/Help?CompanyID=BIOFerm+Energy&ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=667e2765-09c0-4800-a02d-0e225b8203e1, but these instructions seem to only work with locally-hosted setups of the ERP (hence the topic being underneath the tree of System Administration/Maintaining Acumatica ERP Locally).  I could not find equivalent setup instructions for web-hosted ERP… Can anyone help?

Hi All,We are currently creating a report in Acumatica’s Report designer that is referring to a User-defined Field. The data in this User-defined field is not updating into the report when it is run and printed. Does anybody if there is a certain setting that might be restricting this or any other issue I don’t know of? Thank you!
