@srikanth56  It seems that your user account does not have the Sales role for your organization's portal

Please contact your manager (or someone with an account management role), and they will be able to grant you access to Sales. 

@srikanth56  As the last option if you do not have this role then you need to create a new instance in your local from (builds.acumatica.com) and then create a snapshot and download.

As I said if you cannot get this ROLE, then you need to create a new instance in your local from (builds.acumatica.com) and then create a snapshot and download.
