Good,Has anyone used an import scenario to cancel open shipment.  Or can someone direct me how to cancel them in mass.  I have 300-400 open shipments that need to be cancelled or at least an item on the shipment needs to be cancelled.  Your assistance is greatly appreciated.@Evan G

Our ecommerce connectivity from Acumatica Ecommerce to Shopify is working fine except for Inventory On-hand qty in ACM into Shopify Available qty. Any idea why this is?

When a GL account is assigned to an account group, the GL account will be required to have a project associated with it. Some forms do not allow for project number input which prevents use of that form. For instance, attempting to utilize the create adjustment tab in the reconciliation statements is not possible because the quick transaction screen does not allow the user to input a project number (there is no project field available.) Other areas where this is a problem for companies that utilize projects is in the fixed assets module and in the allocator process.

Is it possible to revert the long run operation status back to the checkbox instead of the popup that shows up in the upper right? We are on 2022 R1.

how do I export an import scenario to xml?

Hello,I have made some researches but cannot find anything with similar functionality to Blanket Purchase Order for Outbound - Sales Order & Customers. I know there is also Customer Contract but it seems to be only for non-stock items. What I need exactly it is a kind of frame agreement with Customer with fixed quantity to be purchased in fixed period of time. Then in relation to that frame, call offs order will be pre-set and periodically adjusted and proceeded. Then later all have to be link to MRP.I would be grateful if somebody had some suggestions or share with experience how to proceed this process or similar one in Acumatica.Thank you in advance.

Hello! Looking for assistance on how best to create an email notification when a client opens a case through the self-service portal. I’ve tried a business event and an automation notification but can’t seem to get the email to send for portal created cases. Ideally, the email that gets generated has the client who submitted the case in the to email and then an internal email cced so we are notified when a client opens a case through the portal. Currently, we have no way of knowing when a client created case is created besides looking at our list of open cases.I have a business event notification set up currently to send the email when a case is created, but it seems to be excluding any cases created through the portal. Thanks!

Its very difficult to do from the screen. Is there any other work around or suggestion, please let me know.   Many Thanks Ram

I would like to display two fields from the Customer (CST.AR.30.30.00) screen, namely “Customer ID” and “Location ID” in the grid of transactions on the AP.30.40.00 screen. I know I can add fields, but I am not sure how to relate the two screens in the customization project to expose them? I need to be able to select a Customer and Location on the AP Bills and transactions, if possible. I’ve taken some screenshots below for reference. Thanks!

Hello,      Acumatica has its B2B online portal, which customers can place orders directly. However, for a same single portal, it looks like all orders will be assigned to the same branch, which is portal default branch.            We are having multiple branches and serving different customers. Is there a way that the orders to assigned to its specific supporting branch?

My company recently switched from Sage 300 to Acumatica. Acumatica is far superior, however, Sage 300 had a feature I liked to use that is missing from Acumatica. Provisional posting. I would like to see this added.

I have set up an approval in request with 3 steps: Approval Level 1 (<1K), Approval Level 2(1K-2K), Approval Level 3(>2K).  How can I also set up the notification such that after level 1 approve for <1K (request status becomes open), level 2 and 3 does not need to approve, but system will send notification to notify the level 2 and level 3. And also, after level 1 and level 2 approve(1K-2K), level 3 does not need to approve, but it will send notification to notify level 3 that request has been open.

HiI have the BigCommerce (BC) connector.I import Sales Orders from BC using an Order Type called EO.I have EO type setup to go ONHOLD when createdI created a Business Event of type Record Inserted on a GI to remove the hold using an Import Scenario. When I create EO on SO301000 screen by hand, the BE triggers fine. Within 3 seconds. When I create EO using BC, nothing happens. The new EO appears on the GI, meaning it pics it up, but the BE never triggers.I have seen this behavior before on other functions where a transaction that’s created programmatically DOES NOT trigger a BE.Why is that?

Does anyone know of a method or 3rd party product that will integrate Paypal with Acumatica so that a refund on a Paypal payment can be initiated in Acumatica instead of requiring this to be done directly in Paypal?

I am perusing the available out of the box sales order reports like the sales order summary. They all seem wrong and do not adjust for discounts on the orders. All of the totals are wrong on every report.Am I missing something?

I am making updates to various tables in AR.  After making the changes, I want to recalculate customer balances using the ARIntegrityCheck graph.  I created the graph instance.  My goal is to “check” the box on the customer number I want to recalculate.  After I initialize the graph, all of the caches are empty.  When you open the screen, the grid is populated with all the customer id’s.  I thought that by creating the graph instance, the caches would be populated through the events on the graph.I’ve tried everything I can think of to get the graph “loaded”.As per below, I am trying to get a current record for the customer number I am updating.  I set the checkbox to true for Selected and update the current. At the end, I click the Process button using a technique I found on Stackoverflow.  I get a PXAction exception because I don’t think there is an “action” on the graph I can call.var arIntegrityCheck = PXGraph.CreateInstance<ARIntegrityCheck>(); //arIntegrityCheck.Load(); //arI

Can we rename the Alternate Typee.g “Global” I want to rename to “ABC”

Hi,We have a bunch of open bills that were already paid outside of the system.  We basically went live with Acumatica but did not use the system properly.  Is it possible to get them “paid” in Acumatica with printing checks and/or batching?

My query was working properly until I changed my Acumatica password.  Now I am receiving an error that the credentials provided do not authenticate.  How do I update the credentials within the odata feature?

Is there a limit on the number of branches you can have per company?  If so, what is the limit? Thank you.

Hi All, I have another question about Inventory Summary and Inventory Valuation Report. I just realized that the amount in those two reports are not the same. Please refer to the screenshot documents below:In Inventory Valuation Report, the total cost is $80,109.09 which is the correct. However, when I opened Inventory Summary to see the Estimated Cost per unit. Instead of the total cost is $80,109.09, the total cost in Inventory Summary is $80,108. Please refer to the screenshot document below: Please kindly advise why is the amount of total cost is different between two reports.  Thank you Regards,Nadia
