ACM Ecommerce Connectivity - Inventory qty On hand does not sync into Shopify Available qty

Our ecommerce connectivity from Acumatica Ecommerce to Shopify is working fine except for Inventory On-hand qty in ACM into Shopify Available qty. Any idea why this is?

We are expecting for the Inventory On-hand Quantity in Acumatica to be uploaded to ====>> Shopify Available Quantity using the Ecommerce platform of Acumatica - Prepare and Process.

Could you please share the steps you are doing and what is not going as expected?

Error Message: The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding

Thanks for the information @jlao, it seems like a technical problem.

Could you please create a case with Acumatica, our support team needs to check the settings and some other details.


Was a case created for this and if so, was it resolved?  We have a customer who appears to be having a similar issue in 2022R1
