I am perusing the available out of the box sales order reports like the sales order summary.
They all seem wrong and do not adjust for discounts on the orders.
All of the totals are wrong on every report.
Am I missing something?

kbeatty, and everyone else. Please disregard. The standard sales reports simply do not accurately report the sales order totals when group discount codes are in use.
