Our ecommerce connectivity from Acumatica Ecommerce to Shopify is working fine except for Inventory On-hand qty in ACM into Shopify Available qty. Any idea why this is?

We are expecting for the Inventory On-hand Quantity in Acumatica to be uploaded to ====>> Shopify Available Quantity using the Ecommerce platform of Acumatica - Prepare and Process.
Could you please share the steps you are doing and what is not going as expected?
