Hello,I’ve run across an issue specific to the PO form.  I cannot reduce the white space between the PO addresses and the next printed line.  As a test, I’ve reduced the size of the section to one line, I’ve reduced the size of the printed elements to 1 line, and everything else I can think of.While I tested, I can get it to only print 1 line of the addresses when I reduce the size of the individual elements, but the white space is never reduced.  Even though I have tried taking the group section sizes down to one line tall.Any thoughts on this?po641000.rpx

Does anyone have a good way to calculate the weeks of supply based on the current available inventory? I’m trying to add this to a GI and my thought was to base it on the qty sold over the past 60 days; taking that qty divided by 8.57 (the approximate # of weeks that are in 60 days) would give me the qty sold per week. Then I’d need to divide the qty available by the qty sold per week to get the # of weeks supply. But I can’t figure out how to make that work in a formula.

There are several reports that I would like to have at a printer each morning. Is there a way to send reports like inventory count sheets, days appointments, AR age sheet...

Can you begin to enter physical inventory tags before the month is closed? Enter only, not posted.  (Enter tags while counting is still going on and invoicing has not yet been finalized.)

We have non-physical items that are sold on our Shopify store (software downloads). These are set up with the “This is a physical product” box unchecked in Shopify: However, this means that customers will not be prompted to enter a shipping address. Because of this, it seems we are getting a sync error: “Taxes cannot be calculated via the external tax provider because the address is missing”.We can go into the Shopify order and manually add the billing address as the shipping address and resync the order which works, but is there a way for us to still sync the order even without a shipping address?

I have an issue when trying to place a SalesOrder via the Rest API. For this scenario, I am getting an error 422 - Unprocessable Entity. The error message is:   "error": "Unit conversion  is missing.; Unit conversion  is missing.", This particular order has a quite a few items, so if the issue is related to one of the products, how could I find that out.Any thoughts on how I could find the offending entity? Thank you!

Is it possible to attach file to scenario while executing a task  using API ?

Hi All,I am looking to find a way to use the total sales amount at the bottom of Daily Sales Profitability report within the line to calculate what percent is the customer contributing to the total sales for a period of time.Ultimately I am looking to achieve the below: Customer              Net Sales    % to TotalABC Company      100,000         10%                            Total Sales                              1,000,000How would this be done? Or is there a report that already does comparison of customer to the total sales?Kind regards,Calvin

When Related Items are enabled for inventory items, Acumatica will prompt the user that there are related items at the sales order screen. However, this prompt only seems to happen for sales order types that use the Sales Order automation behavior (as set up under sales order preferences → order types). If you have a sales order type set up with the Quote automation behavior, related items does not prompt the user. It seems to me that I’m missing something in the setup because the quote phase is best opportunity for cross & up sell. Does anyone know how to enable related items for the quote type (ie. order type = QT) sales orders? We are using 2022R1 Build 9. Thanks for the help!!Best,Amit

Hi,There are all sorts of wonderful @default values for date fields but sadly none for financial periods. I’ve noticed in the past with GIs that depending on which DAC you use, you might be lucky to get the current period to default in a FinPeriodID based parameter. But you can’t chose the period. Would be really nice to be able to use a param like @CurrPeriod and then if needed adjust it with + or -. eg. @CurrPeriod - 1 is previous period.I’ve built a really nice monthly checks dashboard which is based off a FinPeriodID parameter. I can’t get this to default a value and when the dashboard loads, despite the param being marked as required, all the widgets update even though there’s no value for the period (and hence they all return 0 value).Any ideas?

How do I stop an Invoice from printing on 2 pages?  When I open the invoice in Acumatica or export to pdf, it shows on 1 page.  When I use the print function, it goes to 2 pages.  How can I fix this?

We are a US company and need to charge GST tax to our Canadian customers. We also have to charge PST tax in addition to the GST tax to our BC customers. I understand how to setup a tax zone to calculate both the GST & PST for specific customers, but how can I get these 2 taxes to print separately on the BC customer’s invoice?I appreciate any help or direction you can provide.

Hello,The standard AR invoice and the Sales Order Invoice both have a place to print the contact. However, this does not seem to work.  I printed many invoices out of the standard sales demo to confirm that contact is never printed.I have been playing around with my own copy of the 2 invoice forms and am having difficulty getting contact information to print on the form.If I am correct (and I could be wrong, it did happen once back in the 90’s) and the standard forms are broken, I am assuming someone has already worked this out.Any thoughts? Thanks!

I have a custom edit screen (single record at a time) with corresponding custom table.  Similar to other edit pages, I have a primary text/search field where I want the user to enter a new value for a new record, or an existing value that selects an existing record (e.g. Stock Item or Project).  The primary key of the table is an internal identity, but the UI field is a string field and unique/alternate key.  Can someone remind me how to get the field to be more than a search and allow new values?  I was first using a PXSelector, but I couldn’t get it to allow new values.  I also then tried creating a Segmented Key with one segment for it, and then using a PXDimensionSelector and PXSegmentMask as the control, thinking it may need that to allow a new value to be entered, but that didn’t help.  When attempting to save, it is not allowing a new value -- it’s showing an error that the value doesn’t exist, which of course it shouldn’t.  The DAC field is shown below.  What am I missing in co

Hello!I’m trying to add a new Vendor with the minimum of data but I’m struggling and I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. This is on Acumatica 2022R1. Can anyone assist? Here is the code. There is a bit of hard coding in there at the moment but they are all valid values on my system.I’m using the DefLocationExt extension to set the values for country and some account codes, these are mandatory fields.  private void CreateVendor(string VendorCD) { VendorMaint vendorMaint = PXGraph.CreateInstance<VendorMaint>(); VendorR vendorR = (VendorR)vendorMaint.BAccount.Cache.CreateInstance(); vendorR.AcctCD = VendorCD; vendorR = vendorMaint.BAccount.Insert(vendorR); vendorR.VendorClassID = "AAA"; vendorR = vendorMaint.BAccount.Update(vendorR); vendorR.AcctName = "New Vendor"; vendorR = vendorMaint.BAccount.Update(vendorR); vendorR.DiscTakenAcctID = 10025; vendorR.DiscTakenS

I have created a GI to get data records from custom table. I want to filter the records by UserID. So that I added a condition as follows. But using @me as Value1 shows a validation error as follows.  Why i’m getting this error. I have used @me as UserId in another GI and it works well & did not show any validation error.Any Idea on this? Thanks.

Hi guys,We need to do translation of financial statements and I learned from the course F340 that when you try to define an average rate, you enter it manually in the “currency rates” form (CM301000). Can Acumatica automatically calculate average weighted rate? Thanks!

Hi, I add a customized label in Order header , i want to make it invisible when custom field 'Remise Comm' greater than 0

Is there a possibility to add a side panel on sales quotes and sales orders to display the availablelot quantities for that items. We are using lot numbers for all electrical cable lengths in stock. When adding the inventory ID the side panel should show the available lengths of cables that we have in stock. For example: a customer calls and ask for 100 of a cable. If the side panel shows that a length of 95 m is available, he most likely will accept that quantity. Currently you have to open another GI screen, search for that item and confirm the available length. it would be much faster if you don’t have to leave the QT or SO screen and get the information from the side panel.Kind regards,
