Is there any ability to creating “recurring” Tasks in Acumatica? We have Tasks that happen every quarter and what we have to do is to “complete and follow up” and then update the start dates for the next quarter. Is there a way to add a Task and have it appear each month, quarter, year, etc.

Hello,To solve a performance issue, I need to get VendorID list from this query :select distinct (VendorID)from APPayment, APRegisterwhereAPPayment.doctype='PPM'and status='N' -- Statut ouvert'and APPayment.RefNbr = APRegister.RefNbrand APPayment.DocType = APRegister.DocTypeTo comply Acumatica, I guess I have to use a DAC to do that. In a way, this DAC would we be a kind of reduced version of the APPayment DAC in which I just would need to embbed the following fields an not the other ones :- DocType,- VendorID,- StatusHence the title of this topic. Is it possible to do that in Acumatica ?

Our client is interested in using a 28 day billing period for a few of their service contracts.  Is there any way to set that up in Field Service?

Hi All, We are preparing for a client upgrade and need to find all modified reports. Is there a way in Acumatica that tells you all the modified forms and reports ? Thanks,Shyam.

Hi, I need to add a field value in the customers form to my custom form. I tried using field selecting to achieve this but no value is populated to the custom form.custom form field needed to populatevalue needed from customer formprotected void NCPMCustomerMaster_Outstanding_FieldSelecting(PXCache cache, PXFieldSelectingEventArgs e) { NCPMCustomerMaster row = (NCPMCustomerMaster)e.Row; if (row != null) { Customer customerObj = PXSelect<Customer, Where<Customer.acctCD, Equal<Required<Customer.acctCD>>>>.Select(this, row.CustomerIntType); if (customerObj != null) { row.Outstanding = customerObj.Balance; } } }

Not sure if I am missing something, but I have been having trouble overriding the SaveBucketImport method under 22r2 in the BC Connector.  The prior definitions did not include the optional parameter CancellationToken.The new original signature  looks like :public override async Task SaveBucketImport(BCSalesOrderBucket bucket, IMappedEntity existing, String operation, CancellationToken cancellationToken = default) In my extension I have public delegate Task SaveBucketImportDelegate(BCSalesOrderBucket bucket, IMappedEntity existing, String operation, CancellationToken cancellationToken = default);        [PXOverride]        public virtual async Task SaveBucketImport(BCSalesOrderBucket bucket, IMappedEntity existing, String operation,  CancellationToken cancellationToken = default, SaveBucketImportDelegate baseMethod,) When i compile, it is indicating that the Optional parameter (CancellationToken) must be after the Required parameter (SaveBucketImportDelegate) - if i switch them around

We currently have 11 Branches set up in our Acumatica but we wanted to export those sales orders created in Acumatica that is under one particular branch only to Bigcommerce. So, we created export filtering, see reference below. I tried creating sales order but seems to filter all orders instead of letting only SLC-APPL orders through.Is this supported by the native connection of Acumatica-Bigcommerce? Or any suggestion on how we can possibly do it?Thank you.

I am relatively new to Acumatica...I am still very much a novice when it comes to searching for solutions in this user community.How does my organization modify/customize the “welcome” screen (see screenshot below).  Some of the information appears to be stale/out of date or of no interest to my end-users.  Would like to link with my own documents/wikis etc.Can someone point me in the right direction on how to make changes to this page

We are beginning to add stock items to service orders. These items are being marked for PO, and we are then generating a PO for the items. When the items arrive, they are allocated to the service order. How do these items get depleted from inventory? When I complete the SOR, these inventory items seem to get unallocated but they don’t actually deplete from inventory? I must be missing something here?

Hello, i have seen that discounts in blanket order are only possible on row level. Is it planned in the future that discounts in the blanket order are also possible for the whole document?The background is that our customers have a lot of lines in the blanket orders and it is very cumbersome to enter a discount for each line. Is there possibly a workaround for this?

Hi,I have spent a fair amount of time testing how  a DAC referencing a view in the database works, specifically around a second independent BQL statement on the view not behaving as you might expect.  To demonstrate the issue as clearly as possible I have created a simple, abstract test case running on a local instance.I have a view: And, the test case attempts to run 2 BQL statements returning one or more of the following records: There is a DAC that references the view: And, here is the Test method that runs the 2 BQL statements: So here is the issue.  When I set a breakpoint at the end of the Test Method and interrogate the contents of q1 and q2, the contents of q2 are wrong.  I was expecting 2 records being InventoryID 3236 and 3249, but we have 2 records both being InventoryID 3235 (ie. the record the first BQL statement returned)What is going on here?  Some kind of caching around the contents of the View?I have used SQL Profiler to check what query is being running to populate q2

has any of you change the currency decimal places at a latter stage of the system?

Hi all!We are working on setting up Acumatica and was wondering if anyone else has a requirement that they have to have the customer purchase order number listed on the invoice we send and how they go about doing that?  We currently have set up an project attribute for the PO and have that show up the invoice.  There are instances where we will get a separate PO for a change order that we will need to list on the invoice but I am not sure how to go about doing that efficiently.  We also have instances where the customer requests us to invoice 3 separate PO for the same projects.  This would require us to change the PO number attribute before sending each invoice.  Any thoughts or ideas will be greatly appreciated!
