Did anybody have experience with integrating Dynamics 365 (Microsoft) to Acumatica? Particularly for their Sales and CRM data such as:customer information like email address etc to send renewals to.Then account info/invoice needs to flow back to CRM.overdue accounts need to be driven by Acumatica but reflect that in CRM in the customer record.Inventory needs to be integrated to 365 and also to the customers website which is linked to 365 right now.

Hi,Has anyone been able to add a parameter for “Paid with” to the expense claim details report? Thank you,KT

We have a customer that is acquiring several new entities.  What is the advantage of adding them as a company versus a branch in Acumatica?  Are there any problematic implementation issues with one or the other?

We are wanting to use Acumatica’s ROP capability for our purchasing group.  They are wanting to use EOQ function, so every time we need to order from our vendor it will suggest the EOQ quantity to order.  I have watched some youtube videos and I believe I have the settings in stock items set correctly but still lumping the entire qty on 1 PO instead of multiple.  Is there a way in Acumatica do this? Example - My EOQ is 4032 but my PO is 22,727.  If we want 6 PO’s with the amount to be 4032 each?

How do we get a signature on a PO, based on who the buyer is at Britton when sending PO to vendor?

Why does the Mass Action “Create Shipment” give the error message: The selected action is disabled for this record? If I drill down into the sales order, I can create the shipment from the Sales Order screen, but not from the generic inquiry with the mass action enabled.

Hi,Actually the Issue’screen is pull the Unit Cost from “Item Warehouse Detail” ( Last Cost)But we will like to pull by Lot/Serial not by Warehouse.Pls, your help

I added a Link Widget to a dashboard and attempted to add an external URL to the Description field. The HTLM I entered had an issue and now I can’t edit of delete the Widget.

Our client currently treats all Subassemblies as one Production Order, yet going forward they want to have more visibility and scheduling capabilities for each Subprocess and Assembly. So we run into the challenge of Data Conversion for open Production Orders right now & on how to convert one Parent Job to multiple Subassemblies in a clean way. Basically, Product X contains Subassembly A, B, C and D. Potentially Subassembly A consists of Subassembly E and F.This is currently treated as one Make-to-Order Production order.Going forward they want to have multiple Jobs for A,B,C,D,E and F that roll up into the final Assembly Job of Product X. (Product X and all Subassemblies have Bill of Materials behind them). Has anyone encountered a similar case within the implementation? We have some ideas with their Pros and Cons but want to see what is already proven or if other ideas are out there.

Hello: How Can I fix this message error:Thank you

We have been live for eighteen months.  We have never run the “Recalculate Customer Balances”. What is the procedure to run the recalculate customer balances? Does this need to be done for each month? Should we start with the oldest month run to current month?

Hi Team,Could you help with the following question? We have an Invoice and Credit Memo.In Acumatica I can apply a Credit Memo to the Invoice. But via API, when I do the same, I receive the error message - {"message":"An error occurred during processing of the field Reference Nbr.: Reference Nbr. 'AR006176' cannot be found in the system."}I attached the example with the endpoint and request. Maybe I use the wrong request?Meanwhile, when I use the same request to pay the invoice by payment, it works.

Hi!I am trying to add the Vendor Class ID as a parameter on the AP Register Report - AP621500, the Vendor Table is not on the report.  I am not sure what relationships I need to create when I add the vendor table.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Coleen

Hello,I have modified an AR report to give details on ar discounts.  One of the parameters is the discount code.  It works, but I want the user to be able to select the discount code rather than type it in.The little magnifying glass doesn’t appear next to the box where you enter the value. When I add this into the View Name, the parameter disappears when I run the report.ARDiscount is not used on the report, but I thought I could use it to select the code the user wants.

Hello, I am currently trying to add a smart panel that just shows other orders a customer has placed. I used this vlog as a guide: https://www.acumatica.com/blog/vlog-changing-an-acumatica-po-number-with-a-smart-panel-and-custom-action/It got me most of the way there. Currently I have the dialog box popping up and I am able to close it. In the code I can see that I am pulling all orders that a customer has made. However, the grid in the dialog box only shows one item in it and I am not exactly sure why that would be. I thought it might be related to this other forum post:  But since I am seeing something in my grid, I think I am making a different mistake. namespace PX.Objects.SO { // Acuminator disable once PX1016 ExtensionDoesNotDeclareIsActiveMethod extension should be constantly active public class SOOrderEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<SOOrderEntry> { public PXFilter<MSCustomerOrderDac> MSCustomerViewForm; //This is used as the key for the dialog box

I have found recently that a couple of newly created customisation projects seem to have disappeared from the Publish Customisation screen. I was wanting to make a change to one of them but I couldn't find the project anywhere. On the login screen, I can see which customisations are published, including the two projects that have disappeared, which I have highlighted. The changes in those projects are still working, which is great, but if something was to go wrong or I needed to change the functionality, then I wouldn't be able to find it.Here is the login screen with the publish projects highlighted. And here is the publish customisation screen which is sorted by all published customisations. As you can see, the two highlighted projects are missing.  Do you know if there is a reason why they would be hidden, and if there is a way to make them appear in this screen again? Thanks for any assistance on this.

Hello,I have a generic inquiry of SO Shipment Lines and I’ve added a condition that limits the Inventory Ids to only those that start with “GENPSY”.I’ve also added a parameter for the Inventory Id to allow users to select a specific item.My issue is that I would like for the lookup for the parameter to also only show items that start with “GENPSY”, so that users don’t have to look through the entire stock item list.Is it possible to filter a parameter? This is my parameter: These are my conditions:  On the results screen, I would like for the parameter lookup to only show items that start with “GENPSY”:

Hi Community!I hope everybody is having a good day.I need to do some test on the project managment and Construction module but I don’t find any Demo Data for this modules. All what I found was related just to sales but I don’t see projects information on it.I found this video on YouTube doing a demo of the Construction module but I didn’t see a link or a way to create a demo like the one he is exposing. If someone have some demo data for this modules I would appreciate your help!

99.99% sure this is not do-able in standard Acumatica, but wanted to run it past the community.Stock items in inventory have a serial number.Would prefer to be able to create shipments via the Process Orders screen with the “create shipment” action.I’m not missing anything am I?  You simply cannot do this as you need to manually ship and select the appropriate serial number from inventory to ship. Thanks!

Hi all,I was wondering if it was possible to add the external reference number as a column in the sales order list view. Being that it is a field, I would have thought this was possible, but it is not available when I use the column configuration. Any advice? Thanks

Hi,  Is there a process that will update the picking location on a shipment after doing physical inventory?Example, we sell item EGI123 and it’s located in location “A”.A shipment is created and the picking location is “A”.After doing a physical inventory count we find that it’s actually in location “B” and we update accordingly using the physical inventory process. We now need the picking location on the picking sheet to be updated to “B” so the pickers can find it.

Hey All - appreciate any responses in advance.I have a need to a create an order type that functions just like a standard sales order (e.g. I can add stock items, create shipments and pick tickets, etc.) but that DOES NOT impact inventory quantities. This is designed to provide a quick solution to situations where our warehouse staff short ships an item(s) on an order and prevents us from having to issue a credit memo on the original order and then create a new (“standard”) sales order for the quantity that was short shipped.Does anyone know if this is possible?

Hi All,Is there anyone know how to export Unit Conversion if it has 2 lines?I use Export Scenario function and add a line =Every on mapping but it don't work. Thanks in advance!

Hello Community,I was wondering if is there a way to retrieve only the values of a single table based on the conditions from other tables. Something equivalent to SQLSELECT TableA.* /*ONLY I want TableA*/FROM TableA INNER JOIN TableB ON TableA_BID = TableB_BID /*Join TableA & TableB - One-to-one Relation in my case*/WHERE TableB_CID IN (SELECT TableC_CID FROM TableC WHERE TableC_CD = 'MyCondition') /*Filter Result Based on TableC*/ I know I can join tables and apply conditions in the WHERE statement, (for Example if I Join APInvoice with APTran) but the problem is when I join tables I will have the redundant APInvoice per APTran line and I want to avoid it also I do not want the APTran fields. I also know I can perform GroupBy but it is a headache and in my opinion, a dumb way to approach it. I only want to return a single table and its records that meet the criteria from other tables without redundancy caused by joining with other tables.
