Why does the Mass Action “Create Shipment” give the error message: The selected action is disabled for this record? 

If I drill down into the sales order, I can create the shipment from the Sales Order screen, but not from the generic inquiry with the mass action enabled.

Hello @bclark 

Since you are able to create shipments from the sales orders screen, maybe you could set up your mass action on the sales orders substitute form.  I tested and was able to successfully create shipments that way.

Hi @bclark 

Are you able to see the same shipment in Process shipments screens for confirm actions.

Can you mark the shipment on Hold and remove hold, May be flag has not updated properly in the DB level.
