Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration with Acumatica

Did anybody have experience with integrating Dynamics 365 (Microsoft) to Acumatica?

 

Particularly for their Sales and CRM data such as:

  • customer information like email address etc to send renewals to.
  • Then account info/invoice needs to flow back to CRM.
  • overdue accounts need to be driven by Acumatica but reflect that in CRM in the customer record.
  • Inventory needs to be integrated to 365 and also to the customers website which is linked to 365 right now.

Hi @kemery 

It should be pretty simple development project to build a direct connector between the two apps if Dynamics 365 CRM has an open API like Acumatica does.

Additionally, you could use an iPasS like Celigo to configure an integration between the two systems.
