Hi all,
I was wondering if it was possible to add the external reference number as a column in the sales order list view. Being that it is a field, I would have thought this was possible, but it is not available when I use the column configuration. Any advice?

Please do the below steps,
→ In the right side of the screen click on Customization and select option “Edit Generic Inquery”.
→ In the Generic Inquiry screen, Result tab, add the field CustomerRefNumber field and save.
→ You will get the field on the Sales order view.
