Hello,I am working on adding additional periods to the AP aging.  AP631000.rpxI can manually set the bucket within the report successfully.  However, I cannot add addtional buckets.Original pulls days from AP settings.= Payments.GetBucketNumberForAgedReport(    @AgeDate,    $DueDate,    0,    CInt([APSetup.PastDue00]),    CInt([APSetup.PastDue01]),    CInt([APSetup.PastDue02]),    False,    False) I manually set the days and this works as expected.= Payments.GetBucketNumberForAgedReport(    @AgeDate,    $DueDate,    0,    15,    30,    45,    False,    False) However, if I add another value, so I can have an additional bucket value, it fails with a trace error.= Payments.GetBucketNumberForAgedReport(    @AgeDate,    $DueDate,    0,    15,    30,    45,    60,    False,    False)It seems like “= Payments.GetBucketNumberForAgedReport” may be referencing a stored procedure or some other procedure outside of the report. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks for any insight!

I have a custom report with a subreport. Both the main report and the sub report have the same Style Template. The field in both reports use the same style name, size, and settings. In this case Courier New, 12px, Bold When the report prints the main report fields are in the expected font but the subreport fields do not print in that font.  Changing the values on the subreport have not affected what font appears or whether or not that font is bold. Is there are override somewhere that is forcing the subreport to print differently than designed?Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the two reports to use the same font.Thank youDaniel FlacksApplications ServicesEvron Computer Systems Corp.

Is there a way to use the “generate periods” button and choose the date range (instead of what it defaults to)?  We use forecasting and update monthly based on equipment lead times.  When there is a detailed SOV with many lines, it takes a while to use the “add period” button on each line item to choose the date.  I’m sure there must be a more efficient way that I am missing.  Thank you.

Hello, I’m trying to change the colour of some text on a form. Specifically on screen PM.30.10.00 Projects. This contains a field called Status and I would like to set the colour to red when the status is Active.By following the article below, I’ve been able to change the colour of the status field when the description field is updated! https://asiablog.acumatica.com/2016/12/client-events-using-javascript.html To do this I have added a JavaScript control to the form and entered a Javascript function, shown below. The script is called on the ValueChanged event on the Description field.Having the colour of the status value set when the description value changes isn’t much use. I’d like to use the ValueChanged event on the Status field, however, because Status is a readonly field the ValueChanged event doesn’t fire. The other event I have attempted to use is the CommandPerformed client event on the DataSource:ProjectEntry object. But this event fires before the Status value is written to

When exporting a payment batch an error appears saying“The bank routing number specified for the vendor is invalid or empty. The number must be at least 8 digits.  Verify the vendor’s payment settings on the Vendors (AP303000) form.”Is there a way to find out which vendor is the issue?  We’re dealing with a batch of hundreds of payments and don’t have a way to easily narrow it down.

Hello All,I am wondering has anyone done something that allows having a default side panel and when a “Data Entry Screen” like AP Bills is loaded to open the default Side Panel automatically without the need to click on side panel buttons?

I’m looking for UAT or CRP scripts anyone has used before.

I have a new customer trying to pull a receipt from Vendor A into a Bills and Adjustments entry for Vendor B, as they did in their legacy system. Is that possible in Acumatica?

Hello,We are in the middle of implementation. How do people handle numbering of everything in the system?  We have always number things 1,2,3,4, etc.  But since Acumatica sorts numbers as text the numbering goes away.so now it sorts 1,10,100,2,20,200, etc. Does everyone go out to 0001,0002,0003,0004 or something along those lines?  We are running into this in inventory, construction task list, revenue codes, etc.Wondering why do numbers get sorted as text?

I’m working on a report to calculate the physical inventory count accuracy. I’m able to calculate the total number of lines counted, and how many of those lines had variances, but I would like to display the accuracy as a % value. This requires me to do some calculations on a single line, and I can’t quite figure out how to achieve that. I have the following so far:The corresponding SQL for the required outcome is:SELECT `INPIDetail`.`PIID`, `INPIHeader`.`CountDate`, COUNT(*) AS `TotalLines`, SUM(CASE WHEN `INPIDetail`.`VarQty` = 0 THEN 0 ELSE 1 END) AS `Variances`, ROUND(((COUNT(*) - SUM(CASE WHEN `INPIDetail`.`VarQty` = 0 THEN 0 ELSE 1 END)) / COUNT(*)) * 100, 2) AS `Accuracy`FROM `INPIDetail` `INPIDetail`INNER JOIN `INPIHeader` `INPIHeader` ON `INPIHeader`.`PIID` = `INPIDetail`.`PIID` AND `INPIHeader`.`CompanyID` = `INPIDetail`.`CompanyID` WHERE `INPIDetail`.`CompanyID` = XGROUP BY `INPIDetail`.`CompanyID`, `INPIDetail`.`PIID`, `INPIHeader`.`CountDate`;As seen above, I have the SUM(

I’m designing a custom form where I only need to show the product ID, production date and net weight. I need to show a barcode that shows the product ID and the net weight when the warehouse operators scan it. However, I couldn’t find a way to combine these two and get a working barcode. I’m quite new to this, could someone please tell me how to approach this? The form I designed lets the user input the net weight manually and the user gets to choose the production date and the product ID from the drop down menu.  P.S.: I’m okay with Code 39 or Code 128, either of those. Also, The [@InventoryID]+[@NetWeight] I set as the value of the barcode was taken from the parameters, and it’s not showing the correct results when scanned, It just shows IID+NW when I scan, instead of the values

Hello expert. In the Sales Orders Screen. I want invisible PXToolBarButton “PACKAGES” but i not found it’ name in DAC and server-side code / graph extension anywhere.  Can you help me? Very thank you.

I am trying to find a way to modify the "Specify Shipment Parameters" dialog (that displays when you click the "CREATE SHIPMENTS" action).I need to modify the default value for the Shipment Date. (based on a customer request).                       [Sales Orders screen - CREATE SHIPMENT action] So far: I have looked through Stack overflow and the Acumatica Community forum for suggestions.I have also looked through the Acumatica SOOrderEntry.cs source-code. Starting on line: 523 (SOOrderEntry.cs) Near the bottom of this code fragment, is the code: soparamfilter.AskExt(true); I believe that line executes the "Specify Shipment Parameters" dialog. public PXAction<SOOrder> createShipment; [PXButton(CommitChanges = true), PXUIField(DisplayName = OrderActions.DisplayNames.CreateShipment, MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, Visible = false)]protected virtual IEnumerable CreateShipment(PXAdapter adapter,      [PXDate] DateTime? shipDate,      [PXInt] int? siteID,      [SOOperation.Lis

We have an issue with one Android phone and the mobile app where we get the error message “An error has occurred. Please try again or go back to previous screen.” when trying to create an appointment. When we close the error we get the error message “Something went wrong”On this phone we have done the following steps/troubleshooting:cleared the Acumatica Application Data and Cache - no change deleted the application and reinstalled - no change logged in as a different user - received the same error messages via a web browser, logged in as the phone’s user and no errors during processingAs the phone’s user we have logged in on another Android phone and did not receive the errors. We believe it to be an issue with this specific phone, that the Acumatica Mobile App does not like.Any ideas?  Thanks in advance for any brainstorming or experience you can share.

Wondering if I could get some help generating ARM reports with the account and subaccount info expanded.  I have my ARM reports built utilizing account classes as the data sources so I don’t have to manually add every account number onto the reports when we create new accounts.  This has worked well until now when I need to get subaccount details under each account. When I expand data as SUB it does not break it down by account but just give me a total for each subaccount within that account class.  I think I could make this happen by manually adding a line on my row set for every account and a line for  subaccounts under that but I’m hoping there is an easier way that also wouldn’t require as much maintenance in future if we add accounts etc.

Does anyone know if there is a cloud based learning/testing environment or the only learning option is local pc installation?

On the Print Invoices and Memos screen, I want to override the email process.  I want to intercept the process where the invoice is being emailed and remove the PDF invoice from the email and add a custom PDF invoice that has been uploaded manually instead. The first step to try to do this is to find the delegate method to override when the processor is run.I am looking at the source code for the ARPrintInvoices graph for that screen.  I don’t see anywhere in that code where the process gets called.  I looked for other files in the PX.Objects.AR repository and I don’t see anything like “ARPrintInvoicesProcess” etc.Can anyone help me find the place in the code where I can override the processing delegate?  I think there are some cases in Acumatica where you don’t have access to certain code, but I’m hoping it is just because I don’t know where to find it.
