Error on Proft & Loss Period Sensitive Statement when date range goes from 2022-2023. So if I ran a P&L statement from April - November 2022 it would be fine or January - March 2023. But when I try to run a report across years this is how it shows up:

Where do you enter quantity on hand for a stock item

I have a production order and done a material release transaction. In the even I want to return part of the materials before completing the order how best can I do this in Acumatica?

We have a non-stock item we use for A/P that tracks the labor used for one of our mechanics (it’s a vendor).  We would like a report that can give us the number of hours and the rate for that item. We have been able to run the Purchase Order report for the item, but we do not use a PO every time we have them work on our equipment. Thanks in advance for your help! ~Audrey

I’ve created a Remittance report in report designer and added it to an email template. The template is subscribed to the below business event:  The GI is APPayments ← Vendors ← Contacts filtered for VendorClassID and DocType = Payment. All key fields are included. Despite this, when I bulk release payments from Release Payments, only the first record triggers and generates an email. Is this a configuration issue, or a limitation of GI based business events?

My client is having two issues and I am not sure how to answer them. They are commenting that the WMS solution is causing them the same amount of work as if they did paper and pen. They are currently using pick sheets but testing paperless picking.  They do not do the Pack portion of pick, pack ship as their process does not need it.There does not seem to be an easy way to see which orders have a completed pick ticket ready to be shipped and invoiced. How can we see this information? With paperless picking and if the shipment is a partial pick and the user on the scanner confirms that the picking should be confirmed short, why doesn’t the shipment reflect the partial pick? Thank you in advance.

I have added a custom action to the Field Service > Appointment scree (FS300200) to Print Service Order. Everything is working fine with it, except it isn’t saving before navigating to the report. Is there a way to get the action to save the record before navigating to the new screen? How it is set up.

OK. As usual, this is a question that might be a little odd. I have a custom field on the production order called “JOB”. When creating an order that has multiple subassemblies I want to identify/filter the orders by “JOB” so. I am trying to figure out a way to show the “JOB” number from the product order on the same line as the associated subassembly. Something like this. I thought I might be able just pull in the AMPRODITEM twice once for the product and the other for subassembly and do some kind of IIF to pull in the “JOB” but hit a wall there. Thoughts? ORDER       ITEM       PRODUCT ORDER        JOB67890          TACOS      12345                     TACO MACHINE

Hi-We have tons of sales orders created today (8/8/23): When I filter by ‘Created On’ equals 08/08/2023 I get the proper records:I also get the proper results when clicking ‘Today’ under the filter: However, I get zero results when filtering by Created On = @Today This filter is required in order to make a dashboard (same results can be seen by making a dashboard widget with the @today filter). Does anyone know why @Today does not aggregate results that pertain to todays date? Is there a change that needs to be made to the column in the GI setup? Appreciate any help!!

Hello everyone! We are converting our inventory into a template-matrix item using this customization: https://community.acumatica.com/retail-commerce-113/popular-retail-commerce-customization-packages-6934I am just facing some concern when there are some corrections made in the stock/matrix items in Acumatica that should reflect in BigCommerce.Consider an example of a template with attribute Size (Small, Medium, Large) and Color (Red, Green, Blue). Not all permutations are available. And the item was synced in BigCommerceNow, the business decided to change the color attribute name from Red to Rose, Blue to Navy Blue and Green to Lime Green. It was changed in Acumatica, but the variant details was not reflected in BigCommerce.Maybe one way is to delete the item in BC and resync the item. But that is not desirable especially if we made lots of changes in BC side of product details, and a transaction has already been made. Can you pls help how to fix the issue? Thank you
