Do any of you know if there's a setting that can be configured to make an expense receipt billable by default?

Hi @aborisova37 

It des not appear that this can be set to default from anywhere without a customization. I pulled the DAC on it and it says if set to true, so it appears that it does not pull from anywhere and you need to manually check that.
