Solved

Our company is in the process of converting over from Macola 10 to Acumatica. We have about fifteen  Crystal Reports that were modified for our companies needs. Moving forward with our conversion I will at some point have to modifiy some of the reports that Acumatica has to meet our companies needs. I would like to know where I can go to find what the screen ID’s are their associated forms. For example, SO641010.rpx (I know SO is for Sales Order) is associated with Order Type, but that is as far as I was able to get. Also, some of the reports/forms have SO641010.ca.rpx. What does the ca indicate?

I am trying to use stock email notification templates, in this case one is the InvoiceNotification, All I am wanting to do is add our email and direct phone number in the text. Just adding on to the current sentence that they have in the stock. It saves fine but when i go through the invoice - print - send, it doesn’t come through there for some reason. i have made sure that i am adjusting the correct template that is being called and all the dots seem to be connected to call this but it just won’t show the new wording. what am i missing? seems like it would be some quick setting but i can’t find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, We use the AP document recognition for AP Bills and it works great. Is it also possible to use this feature for cash purchases (i.e. expenses already paid)? Or this only available for unpaid bills?

I am struggling with setting up a client selling clothing in New York state and using native Acumatica tax for the Sales taxThe issue is clothing items in New York state are exempt from NY state sales tax for items under $110.  Clothing is then subject to a country clothing surtax (which can be different than the county tax) and several counties waive the tax under $110.My issue is when a sale is for example 200 tee shirts at $10.  I can only assign a tax category to the inventory item.  I have set up Tax ids for NYExempt and then each county/clothing tax.  The tax ids are set up as exclusive line level.  I have set up tax zones by county/cloth and assigned the specific county/cloth and NYexempt tax id to it.When I invoice the 200 tee shirts, it only exempts $109 as it looks at the line item as a whole due to tax category being assigned instead of tax id.Also, when I have multiple lines for clothing, it is treating it as document exclusive and only exempting 109 instead of the lines by

So here is the dilemma, currently if a Purchase  Order Receipt is returned in the system and the PO is closed, why would a Return Purchase Order Receipt still be available to apply to an invoice.   Is there currently a way in Acumatica to remove this POR so it does populate when you click on Add Purchase Order receipt so it is not attached to an invoice?  Or is their a better way we should be handling this process?  It does give an error message when applied but it still allows AP to release it.

I’m attempting to use the $expand parameter in an OData v4 query. However, anything that I put in the $expand just causes the server to return 404. For example, I can get a PO with POOrder(OrderType='RO',OrderNbr='12345'). And it returns the POLineCollection property, already expanded. But if I explicitly request ?$expand=POLineCollection, I just get a 404. What’s strange to me is that if I set ?$expand= it does not expand the POLineCollection property. So it is definitely reading the $expand parameter.I’ve tried expanding multiple navigation properties, using their names defined in the OData metadata XML. None of them work. I’ve even tried copy-pasting the examples from Exact Session Title (acumatica.com) as well as the URL provided in the answer to this topic, with the same result: 404. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong here. For reference, here’s my full URL: https://myinstance.com/ODatav4/My Tenant Id/POOrder(OrderType='RO',OrderNbr='12345')?$expand=POLineCollection

Hello. I know there was an option to configure AC to accept the incoming emails to be routed back to the sender by email tracing. Lets say I send out a PO to the vendor from AC which has generic email address set (erp@ac.com), they reply to that email, and that email is being routed to me. They never see user`s email address, just the one that is set for ERP. I cant seem to locate the settings for this option.

Hi,I am currently trying to create an Inventory movement report with financial periods as the columns using a tabular report. So far it looks good, but items introduced in a later period do not show in the details section. Any ideas? Ideally you’d have all the inventory IDs with movements on the left, then the respective movements in the tabular section of the report.Report preview There is a valid join for one period (0623), and theitem shows when the report is run from 0623 onwardsJoinsReport Designer

I have a DAC on my SO Shipping graph extension.  My goal is to adapt this working selector to only show records that are related to a SOShipment that is of status Hold or Open and the SOShipLineSplit.inventoryID is equal to the inventory ID in the filter. The following selector (the one not commented out) is throwing an error at runtime.#region FromLotSerialNbr[PXString(200, IsUnicode = true)][PXUIField(DisplayName = "To Serial Number")][PXSelector(typeof(SelectFrom<SOShipLineSplit> .Where<SOShipLineSplit.lotSerialNbr.IsNotLike<Empty> .And<SOShipLineSplit.inventoryID.IsEqual<SwapFilter.inventoryID.FromCurrent>>>), typeof(SOShipLineSplit.shipmentNbr), typeof(SOShipLineSplit.lotSerialNbr))]//[PXSelector(typeof(SelectFrom<SOShipLineSplit>// .InnerJoin<SOShipment>.On<SOShipment.shipmentNbr.IsEqual<SOShipLineSplit.shipmentNbr>>// .Where<SOShipLineSplit.lotSerialNbr.IsNotLike<Empty>// .And<SOShipLineSplit.inventoryID.IsEqual

Does someone have suggestions or sample GI to get a list of customer and the date of their last Invoice ?

Trying to figure out if this is a bug, a feature or inherent in the design of the manufacturing module:On the Production order’s operations, there are four fields related to start and end dates for the operation:Start Date End Date Actual Start Date Actual End DateThe first two always show the start and end dates of the production order. The other two with the word  “Actual” I would assume would get set as follows:When the first transaction for the operation is performed, the Actual Start Date is set to the date on the transaction When a transaction is performed that completes the qty to produce and sets the operation status to completed, the Actual End Date is set to the date of the transactionIn other words, these fields are logically set on the first and last operations of the production order. However this is not what happens. On a clean install of 2023R2 Update 1, this is the behavior: When a labor transaction is released, regardless of the date on the labor transaction, the Actual

I can only see how to set Wiki article as the homescreen, but I was wanting to create an I-Frame in a dashboard to our corporate website. Below I’ve attached screenshots of the Dashboard setup and the Portal Homepage selection

I have found under the screen editor where it is possible to change the column width for the pre-defined fields in Acumatica, but is it possible to adjust the column width for user defined fields? The layout properties tab in the screen editor is blank when I click on the UDF column. Thanks!

Hello everyone,What is the proper syntax in the Generic Inquiry builder to evaluate if the value of a field is not null? For example if I want to evalute if Inventory Item Item ID is not null...The following does not evalute correctly:[InventoryItem.InventoryID]<>Null The following does evaluate correctly, but looking for a more direct way:=IIF(Isnull([InventoryItem.InventoryID],0)<>0,...) Thanks in advance!Luke

Hi,I want to set approvals for sales orders based on the minimum markup of an inventory item. If the margin % of the sales order line is less than minimum markup, system should get approvals. Do you have any idea how we can get this done? Thank you,Dulanjana

we are currently doing an implementation. How do I load the budget? I have the template ready to go.
