Hello. I know there was an option to configure AC to accept the incoming emails to be routed back to the sender by email tracing. Lets say I send out a PO to the vendor from AC which has generic email address set (erp@ac.com), they reply to that email, and that email is being routed to me. They never see user`s email address, just the one that is set for ERP. I cant seem to locate the settings for this option.

On the System Email Accounts screen, go to the Incoming Mail Processing tab and select “incoming mail processing” and “route employee emails” (plus anything else you want to select.
